Spain's government to propose Maurici Lucena as new Aena chairman

(Reuters) - The Spanish government will propose to appoint Maurici Lucena as the new chairman of airport operator Aena next week, a source close to the Public Works Ministry said on Thursday.

Lucena would replace Jaime Garcia-Legaz who was appointed as head of board in October 2017 by the former conservative government lead by Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy.

Spanish authorities hold a majority stake in Aena.
