Citgo halves Lake Charles output due to Tropical Storm Harvey: source

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Citgo Petroleum Corp halved the production rate at its 425,0000-barrel-per-day (bpd) Lake Charles, Louisiana, refinery starting on Monday due to Tropical Storm Harvey, a Gulf Coast market source said on Wednesday.

The refinery was currently operating at about 212,500 bpd, according to the source, who asked not to be identified because the information is not public.

Citgo did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
