Phillips 66 says shutting Sweeny, Texas, refinery due to Harvey

HOUSTON (Reuters) - Phillips 66 said its 247,000 barrel-per-day Sweeny, Texas, refinery was shutting down on Sunday because of anticipated flooding from Tropical Storm Harvey.

The company has also shut its Pasadena, Texas, refined products terminal because of the storm, the company said.
