NEW YORK (Reuters) - Philadelphia Energy Solutions, the largest East Coast refiner, has sold all of its prompt gasoline as demand surges from Southeastern U.S. states like Florida, according to a market source.

Florida and other southeastern states are typically served by the U.S. Gulf Coast, but Hurricane Harvey has forced more than 3 million barrels-per-day of refining capacity in the hard-hit region to shutter.
