American Sam Querrey rallied to beat Italian Thomas Fabbiano 6-3, 6-7 (4), 6-3 to reach the final of the Nature Valley International in Eastbourne, England, on Friday.
Querrey will face fellow American Taylor Fritz, who stunned No. 3 seed Kyle Edmund of Great Britain 7-6 (8), 6-3 in the other semifinal.
Querrey will be going for his 11th career title, while Fritz is in just his second final and seeking his first title.
The pair have split four meetings against each other, with Querrey taking their most recent clash in three sets at the 2018 Shanghai Masters.
Turkish Airlines Open Antalya
Serbia’s Miomir Kecmanovic stunned No. 3 seed Jordan Thompson of Australia 6-7 (5), 7-6 (5), 7-6 (1) to reach the final.
Kecmanovic will face either No. 4 seed Pablo Carreno Busta of Spain or Italian Lorenzo Sonego, who saw their semifinal match suspended by rain with Sonego leading 6-3, 5-5.
This will be the first career final for Kecmanovic. Sonego is also trying to reach his first career final.
Busta and Sonego will finish their match on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. ET before the doubles final, with the singles final to follow.
