U.S. Secretary of State says Nicaragua is authoritarian regime

SAN JOSE (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Tuesday described Nicaragua as an authoritarian regime and urged the Central American country’s embattled president, Daniel Ortega, to support free and fair elections.
