Mexico FinMin says reassured after talks with U.S. officials

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexico’s finance minister said on Wednesday that he had returned from a meeting with U.S. government officials feeling less worried than before about the outlook and is reassured by dialogue between the two neighbors.

Mexican Finance Minister Jose Antonio Meade met with U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin in Washington on Tuesday where they discussed bilateral economic ties.

Meade was speaking on Mexican television.
