White House: Former aide Bannon's accusation against Trump Jr. is 'ridiculous'

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The White House on Wednesday dismissed as ridiculous the accusation by former White House adviser Steve Bannon describing President Donald Trump’s eldest son Donald Jr. as treasonous.

“I think that is a ridiculous accusation,” White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders told reporters.
