Actress joins USA crime series

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Natalie Morales has been added to the cast of USA Network’s upcoming series “White Collar” as a regular.

The show follows the pairing of a con artist (Matthew Bomer) and the head of the FBI’s white-collar crime unit (Tim DeKay). Morales will play Lauren Cruz, a smart junior FBI agent who holds her own with her superiors and the master thieves she’s investigating. She originally was cast as a guest star for two episodes.

Morales recently wrapped the features “The Bounty” and “Going the Distance” and just booked a role in Oliver Stone’s “Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps.”
