Bolsonaro says Brazil military does not want Venezuela intervention

RIO DE JANEIRO (Reuters) - Brazil President Jair Bolsonaro said in a TV interview on Wednesday that the country’s armed forces had no interest in military intervention in neighboring Venezuela.

Bolsonaro, a former army captain, also said that he did not believe Brazil had endured a military dictatorship between 1964-85 because the armed forces had relinquished power peacefully.
