TREASURIES-U.S. 30-year yields hold above record low

NEW YORK, Aug 28 (Reuters) - U.S. Treasury yields were lower in early U.S. trading on Wednesday, with 30-year yields hovering above their record low set earlier this session, stoked by fears about a recession and trade tensions between China and the United States.

At 8:07 a.m. (1207 GMT), the yields on 30-year government bonds were 1.910%, down 3.7 basis points from late on Tuesday. They hit an all-time low of 1.49% earlier Wednesday. (Reporting by Richard Leong)
