Q&A: Chambers ILR's new president Harold Kim talks 2020 litigation trends

Harold Kim took the reins as president of the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform, the advocacy and research affiliate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, at the start of the year after more than a decade with the group.

He succeeded Lisa Rickard, who had been ILR’s president since 2003. Kim, who joined ILR in 2008, had been its chief operating officer.
