BOSTON, Aug 13 (Reuters) - Blackstone Group LP’s (BX.N) Stephen Schwarzman topped a list of the 10 highest-paid chief executives in the United States, as reported by The Corporate Library on Thursday.
Equity awards related to his 2007 move to take the private equity firm he founded public catapulted him to the top of a list otherwise dominated by oilmen, who last year were still riding a wave of profits boosted by record-high oil prices. [ID:N13257615]
