Former Yahoo editors say company's review system masked gender bias

Two former editorial directors at Yahoo Inc fought back against its bid to toss their lawsuit accusing the company of terminating qualified male editors in favor of a new guard of women leaders.

Gregory Anderson and Scott Ard filed a brief on Friday opposing Yahoo’s motion for summary judgment, arguing that the dramatic change in gender composition in the company’s media division showed the disparate impact the company’s personnel practices had.
