Federal judge sends former law partners' trade secrets dispute to arbitration

A federal judge in Silicon Valley has dismissed an intellectual property attorney’s trade secrets lawsuit against his former law partner and sent the dispute to arbitration.

U.S. District Judge Edward Davila in San Jose, California on Thursday said the arbitration provision in the partnership agreement of the now-dissolved two-attorney firm, Mahamedi Paradice in Campbell, California was enforceable.
