Federal judge strikes down Obama administration's union 'persuader' rule

The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) and other groups challenged the U.S. Labor Department’s “persuader rule,” arguing that it impermissibly eliminated a provision of federal law that exempts employers from disclosing when they merely receive advice on responding to union organizing.
