WASHINGTON, July 9 (Reuters) - The Trump administration is discussing the renewal of a license allowing Chevron Corp to continue operating in Venezuela despite U.S. sanctions on the country’s oil sector, White House economic adviser Larry Kudlow said on Tuesday.
