July 4 (Reuters) - Britain’s competition watchdog said on Thursday it would take further legal action against ticket reseller Viagogo for failing to comply with a court order that required it to make changes to business practices that broke consumer law.
The Competition Markets Authority (CMA) said the legal action follows several warnings from the watchdog that the company had not done enough to overhaul the way it presents information on its website.
Viagogo did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The CMA launched court action against Viagogo in August, which resulted in the court order. (Reporting by Samantha Machado and Tanishaa Nadkar in Bengaluru; Editing by Susan Fenton)
