MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - At least 21 people died on Saturday when a bus and a truck crashed then burst into flames in the Mexican state of Chihuahua close to the U.S. border, police said.
A police official said most of the victims were passengers on the bus, which slammed into the truck before both vehicles were engulfed by flames.
The accident happened close to Ciudad Juarez, across the border from El Paso, Texas.
The official, who asked not to be named, said the crash may have been caused by excess speed.
