Zentiva says PPF seeks EGM to replace management

 PRAGUE, Feb 4 (Reuters) - Czech unpatented drugs maker Zentiva ZNTVsp.PR said on Wednesday one of its shareholders, PPF, has asked courts to allow it to call a shareholders’ meeting in a bid to replace the company’s management.
 Zentiva is currently subject to a takeover by Sanofi Aventis (SASY.PA), which is Zentiva’s largest shareholder, controlling a 24.9 percent stake in the Czech company.
