Wed Mar 7, 2018 - 11:17am UTC

Denver HVAC company Summit Heating & Air Conditioning is prioritizing the health and safety of its customers with N.A.T.E.-Certified Technicians.

Denver, CO, United States – March 7, 2018

Technicians with Summit Heating & Air Conditioning are pursuing the highest level of certification in the HVAC industry to ensure the health and safety of their customers. All of the Summit Heating and Air Conditioning technicians are N.A.T.E. Certified, or are in the process of becoming so within six months of their date of hire.

NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certification tests technicians on their real-world knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Technicians can take tests for a number of specializations, including air conditioning, air distribution, heat pumps, gas and oil heating, commercial refrigeration, hydronics gas and oil and HVAC efficiency.

“It just makes good business sense to have fully NATE-certified technicians at Summit Heating and Air Conditioning,” says Dean Peterson, founder and co-owner of Summit Heating and Air Conditioning. “It shows our commitment to providing the highest quality installation and service for our customers. We know that happy customers are loyal customers.”

The multiple-choice NATE test was created in the 1990s by a committee of HVAC experts to validate a technician’s knowledge of installation and service of HVAC systems.

NATE-Certified technicians:

1) Stay in the industry longer
2) Help home and business owners save energy and money by keeping HVAC systems running at peak efficiency
3) Earn more
4) Have a greater understanding of HVAC systems
5) Create safer, more comfortable environments for customers
