There’s no question college has become more expensive. Kelleher International Scholarship is offering an opportunity for students to win the chance to relieve some of that burden by answering one simple question.
July 17, 2018 – Kelleher International College Scholarship was recently launched with the idea of helping high school students, and students already enrolled in college, firmly in mind. Recognizing the financial demands of attending university, along with the very real need to have a college degree to help guarantee a bright future, Kelleher International Scholarship has announced a special contest where the winning entry will receive $2500 towards their tuition costs. All the entrees need to do is answer the question, “How can philanthropy change the world?”, in a short essay. One winner will be selected for the generous award. The scholarship was founded by Amber Kelleher, known worldwide as a relationship expert, matchmaker, an in-demand dating consultant.
“We are very passionate about helping students as much as possible,” commented the enthusiastic Amber Kelleher. “Especially those who are also philanthropic-minded and will carry on the goodwill of ‘carrying it forward’ that we believe so much in. We can’t wait to see the entrees and help a lucky student get a head start on making their future dreams become a reality.”
According to Kelleher International College Scholarship, the essay should be under 500 words, and is open to high school students graduating this calendar year and who have been accepted into a college, university, trade school, or design school; as well as students currently enrolled in a college, university, trade school, or design school. A special committee will be created to select the winner in November 2018, with essays due in by November 30, and the winner announced December 2018.
In addition to her work as a matchmaker, Kelleher is also the host of the CBS Radio talk show “The Rules of Engagement”, which also takes an honest and direct look at relationships, handing out very valuable advice and experience to listeners.
