Gilles Michel to become Chairman of French car parts maker Valeo

PARIS, Dec 8 (Reuters) - French car parts maker Valeo (VLOF.PA) on Thursday said that Gilles Michel will become its new chairman of the board, replacing Jacques Aschenbroich, who will step out on Dec. 31.
