PARIS, Oct 21 (Reuters) - About 13 percent of petrol service stations are still having supply problems, down from over 30% last week-end, a French energy transition ministry official said on Friday, as French motorists still grapple with the effects of a weeks-long strike impacting oil refinery sites.
