Lone Star has lost a lawsuit claiming damages of $1.443 billion against South Korea's Hana Financial Group Inc with regard to the U.S. firm's buy of Korea Exchange Bank in 2012, a Hana spokesman said on Wednesday.
South Korea's economy is expected to have returned to growth in the first quarter as exports of memory chips were strong enough to partly offset a steep decline in construction investment.
* Says it will issue 4.2 million shares at 47,187 won/share via private placement to raise 200 billion won
