Grandy House Corporation is a Japan-based real estate company. The Company operates in three segments. The Real Estate Sales segment is engaged in the purchase of land for sales, the authorization of development licenses, the management of residential land developing works, the design, construction and sale of housings, as well as the provision of maintenance services. The Construction Material Sales segment is engaged in the sale of construction materials and members with a focus on precut materials. The Real Estate Leasing segment is involved in the leasing of buildings and condominiums, as well as the parking business.
