ABS-CBN Corporation (ABS-CBN) is Philippines-based media and entertainment company. The Company operates in three segments: TV and Studio, Pay TV Networks and New Businesses. The TV and studio segment comprises broadcast, covering content creation and distribution through free television and radio with Channel 2 and DZMM as its platforms; global operations, which includes ABS-CBN International; film and music production; cable channels, and publishing. The TV and studio segment consists of local and global content creation and distribution through television and radio broadcasting. The Pay TV Networks segment includes cable television services of Sky Cable Corporation (Sky Cable) and its subsidiaries in Metro Manila and in certain provincial areas in the Philippines.
