Autogrill SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the restaurants industry. The Company operates mainly through Food & Beverage business sector, including four subdivisions, such as Food & Beverage Italy, Food & Beverage HMS Host, Food & Beverage Others and Food & Beverage Corporate. Through the Food & Beverage division the Company offer includes restaurants supplies, sale of daily use products, such as newspapers and magazines, cigarettes and other products, among others. The Company distributes its products through three channels, including airports, motorways and other, such as railway stations. Autogrill SpA manages a portfolio of approximately 350 brands, directly or under license. On August 30, 2013, its subsidiary World Duty Free SpA (WDF) filed an application for the listing.

Shares in Italy's Autogrill fell more than 1% on Wednesday after the caterer unveiled details of a 600 million euro ($731 million) rights issue due to start next week.
Italy's Autogrill, which manages restaurants and bars on motorways and airports, said on Tuesday it would launch a 600 million euro ($730 million) capital increase on June 14 offering new shares at 4.59 euros each.
Italian caterer Autogrill SpA said on Wednesday it is selling its U.S. motorways business to a consortium led by Blackstone Infrastructure Partners for $375 million.
Autogrill's chief executive said on Thursday he was upbeat about its long-term prospects although the Italian caterer booked a 480 million euro loss last year when the pandemic emptied bars and restaurants it runs in airports and motorways.
