Software maker Autodesk Inc said on Monday it had ended takeover talks with peer Altium Ltd, weeks after the Australian firm rejected its A$5.05 billion ($3.74 billion) offer.
Altium Ltd said on Monday it had not received a new offer from Autodesk Inc, after a media report that the Australian software maker had rejected a fresh bid from the U.S. company and that the deal had fallen through.
