ARA US Hospitality Trust is a Singapore-based hospitality stapled group comprising ARA H-REIT, a real estate investment trust and ARA H-BT, a business trust. ARA H-REIT and ARA H-BT are focused on investing primarily, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of income-producing real estate, which is used primarily for hospitality and/or hospitality-related purposes, located in the United States, as well as real estate-related asset. The objective of the Trust is to deliver stable and growing distributions to Stapled Security holders and to achieve long-term growth in dividend per share and in the net asset value per Stapled Security, while maintaining a capital structure. Its portfolio comprises 38 Hotels consisting of 27 Hyatt Place hotels and 11 Hyatt House hotels located in the United States with over 4,950 hotel rooms.
