Shares in Future Group companies jumped nearly 10% on Tuesday, a day after an Indian court overturned an order that had stalled Future Group's $3.4 billion deal to sell its retail assets to conglomerate Reliance Industries Ltd.
India's Future Retail Ltd shares fell 9% on Thursday after Amazon.com Inc sent a legal notice to Future Group, alleging the retailer's $3.38 billion asset sale to Reliance Industries breached an agreement with the e-commerce giant.

Koovs Plc <KOOV.L> said on Tuesday that administrators had sold its business and assets to SGIK 3 Investments Ltd, an entity owned by the online fashion retailer's largest secured creditor and chairman Waheed Alli.
