Kasikornbank Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based commercial bank conducting businesses through a network of branches covering all parts of Thailand and certain cities overseas. The corporate business customers include registered companies, government agencies, state enterprises and financial institutions. Thailand's Kasikornbank said on Saturday it plans to invest up to $40 million in a 35% stake in Myanmar's Ayeyarwaddy Farmers Development Bank after receiving approval from Myanmar's central bank.
