Qube Holdings Ltd is an Australia-based company that provides logistics solutions. The Company’s segments include Operating Division, Infrastructure & Property and Patrick. Operating Division segment includes Logistics and Ports and Bulk activities. Logistics provides a range of services relating to the import and export of mainly containerized cargo, as well as outsourced industrial logistics services across heavy transport, mobile crane and renewable energy industries. Ports and Bulk includes activities comprising port logistics and bulk logistics. It provides a range of logistics services relating to the import and export of mainly non-containerized freight, with a focus on forestry, bulk and break bulk products. Infrastructure & Property segment comprises the Moorebank Logistics Park Project, the Minto properties and the Strategic Assets division. Patrick segment includes the Company’s interest in Patrick, which provides container stevedoring services in the Australian market.
