Scientific Games Corporation is a developer of technology-based products and services and associated content for the worldwide gaming, lottery, social and digital gaming industries. The Company operates through four business segments: Gaming, Lottery, SciPlay, and Digital. Its Gaming business segment designs, develops, manufactures, markets and distributes a diverse portfolio of gaming products and services. The Lottery segment primarily consists of its instant product business, systems-based services and product sales business. Its SciPlay business segment is a developer and publisher of social games on mobile and Web platforms. SciPlay offers seven core games, including social casino games, such as Jackpot Party Casino, Gold Fish Casino, Hot Shot Casino and Quick Hit Slots, and casual games.
