Via Varejo S.A. is engaged in multichannel retail of consumer electronics and furniture in Brazil. The Company operates in the consumer electronics, home appliance, mobile phone and furniture retail segments through Casas Bahia and Ponto Frio banners, as well as the e-commerce platforms, pontofrio.com, casasbahia.com, extra.com.br, barateiro.com and partiuviagens.com.br. The Company has over 900 stores and is present in approximately 350 cities across over 20 Brazilian states, in addition to the Federal District. The Ponto Frio brand includes supermarkets specialized in household appliances and electronic appliances. Bartira is a furniture manufacturer in Latin America. Bartira makes furniture for bedrooms, kitchens and living rooms, among other things, with an annual production of over three million pieces of furniture, which are sold exclusively at Casas Bahia and Pontofrio stores.
