Walker & Dunlop, Inc. is a holding company, which conducts its operations through Walker & Dunlop, LLC. The Company offers commercial real estate services and finance. The Company originates, sells and services a range of multifamily and other commercial real estate financing products and provides multifamily property sales brokerage services, and engages in commercial real estate investment management activities.
