Free Returns and Exchanges

You will have 30 days to make a return or exchange at On Running. Any items you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. Return shipping costs are free in most situations. Note that items need to include their original packaging to be eligible. 

If you need a different size, simply return the original item. Once it is received, On Running will send the new size to you for free. You cannot request an exchange for a new color, only for a new size.
