Aug 29(Reuters) - Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd <5110.T>:Says it will merge with Dunlop Sports Co Ltd <<<7825.T>>>, effective Jan. 1, 2018 and Dunlop Sports will be dissolved after the merger, and will be delisted from Tokyo Stock Exchange first section on Dec. 27.Says Dunlop Sports will transfer entire shares in a Kobe-based firm, which is a JV of the two companies, transaction date on Dec. 28.Says the company will merge with the JV, effective Jan. 1, 2018, and the JV will be dissolved after the merger .  Full Article

DUNLOP SPORTS CO. LTD:Says the company lowered the consolidated full-year outlook for revenue to 77,700 mln yen from 79,000 mln yen for the fiscal year ending Dec. 2015.Sees a decrease of operating profit forecast to 1,200 mln yen from 2,000 mln yen.Sees a decrease of ordinary profit forecast to 1,500 mln yen from 2,500 mln yen.Sees a decrease of net profit forecast to a loss of 3,800 mln yen from 700 mln yen.Sees a decrease of earnings per share to a loss of 131.04 yen from 24.14 yen.Comments the extraordinary loss recorded and decreased sale income in subsidiaries overseas are the main reasons for the forecast.To pay no year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending Dec. 2015, for the latest forecast of 10 yen per share.  Full Article
