May 3 (Reuters) - Duni Ab : :Duni acquires 80 pct shares in United Corporation Limited, trading as Sharp Serviettes, from entrepreneurs Anissa and Craig Phillips..Says Sharp Serviettes has an approximate annual turnover of SEK 60 mln and operating margin of 15 pct .Says purchase of shares will affect Duni's net debt with about SEK 70 mln, which is covered within existing loan facilities.Sharp Serviettes is a manufacturer and supplier of napkins, hygiene, and food service products in New Zealand. .  Full Article

Duni Q4 operating margin lower, hit by pound weakness

Duni AB : Q4 net sales amounted to SEK 1,234 mln (1,170) . Q4 earnings per share, for continuing operations, after dilution amounted to SEK 2.41 (2.32) . Q4 operating income amounted to SEK 171 mln (171) and, just as in the previous quarter, the weaker margin is primarily due to the weakness of the pound sterling . Q4 operating margin was 13.9 pct (14.6). . Says board of directors proposes a dividend of SEK 5.00 (5.00) per share .Says operating income in the Consumer business area declined to SEK 28 mln (40) due to lower production efficiency, increased inventory write-downs and a weaker customer mix than last year. Ltd., a leading converter and exporter of disposable products, predominantly paper napkins . Terinex Siam has a turnover of approximately THB 350 million, with an operating margin of approximately 20 pct, and will contribute positively to the profitability of the New Markets business area .
