Says comparable sales volume declined 5.9% to 806.8 million unit cases in the fourth quarter of 2016 . Qtrly comparable earnings per share ps. 1.30 . Shares in Mexico's Coke FEMSA jump after Philippines sale

MEXICO CITY, Aug 17 Shares in Mexico's Coca-Cola FEMSA, the world's biggest coke bottler, jumped more than five percent on Friday after it said it would sell its 51 percent stake in Coca-Cola FEMSA Philippines back to the Coca-Cola Company.
