Oct 26 (Reuters) - Qantas Airways Ltd :Qantas group expecting 1H18 underlying profit before tax of $900 million to $950 million​.‍Unit revenue (RASK) in quarter increased by 3.1 per cent compared to prior corresponding period.​.Q1 group revenue - $4.19 billion up 5.1 per cent versus prior corresponding period​.‍Some toughening in trading conditions expected in second half (fuel costs, international capacity growth)​.‍Unit revenue growth in domestic is expected to slow in second half of financial year 2018​.‍Group international capacity to increase by around 5 per cent in first half of financial year 2018​.Group domestic capacity to decrease by 2-3 per cent in first half of financial year 2018​.‍International competitor capacity growth of around 3 per cent is expected in first half and 6-7 per cent in second half​."At current forward market aud prices, group's first half fuel cost is expected to be $1.55 billion"​.‍Group domestic capacity to decrease by 1 per cent in second half compared to same period last year​.Based on a brent forward market price of A$74 per barrel for remainder of FY18, group's full year fuel cost expected to be $3.21 billion​.Group international capacity to increase by around 5 per cent in first half of financial year 2018 and 3 per cent in second half​.Qtrly passengers carried 13.8 million, up 2.3 percent.  Full Article

May 4 (Reuters) - Qantas Airways Ltd :Expected FY17 underlying profit before tax - $1.35 billion to $1.40 billion.Qtrly group revenue $3.96 billion, down 1.4 per cent year-on-year.Decline in unit revenue for group international is expected to continue moderating in Q4.Positive trend in unit revenue for group domestic is expected to continue into Q4.As at 1 May 2017 fall in bond yields since 31 Dec 2016 would result in an adverse non-cash impact on estimated FY underlying profit before tax of $25 million.  Full Article
