July 19 (Reuters) - Tele2 Ab : :CORRECTED (OFFICIAL)- Says net sales for q2 (not q1) amounted to SEK 7,988 (6,668) mln and EBITDA amounted to SEK 1,631 (1,087) mln.Says 2017 financial guidance upgraded for group.Says accelerating mobile end-user service revenue growth of 18 percent, or 12 percent on a like-for-like basis.Says 12 months rolling operating cash flow increased to SEK 3.1 billion, versus SEK 1.1 billion a year earlier.Says sees 2017 EBITDA between SEK 6.2 and 6.5 billion (previously SEK 5.9 and 6.2 billion).Says sees 2017 CAPEX between SEK 3.6 and 3.9 billion (previously SEK 3.8 and 4.1 billion).Reuters poll: Tele2 q2 EBITDA was seen at SEK 1,486 million, sales at 7,876 million.  Full Article

April 24 (Reuters) - Tele2 Ab : :Q1 net sales amounted to SEK 7,875 (6,446) million and EBITDA amounted to SEK 1,723 (1,226) million.Reuters poll: tele2 q1 EBITDA was seen at SEK 1,434 million, sales at 7,682 million.Says 2017 financial guidance is unchanged.Says much of the growth initiatives and infrastructure investments for 2017 lie ahead of us, and revenues and costs will be negatively affected by the new roaming regulation in the second half of the year. Says our 2017 full year guidance reflects these factors.Says increase of Q1 EBITDA compared to last year is mainly related to the inclusion of TDC in Sweden as well as higher profitability levels in the Netherlands and Kazakhstan .Says in Sweden, mobile end-user service revenue increased by 5 percent like-for-like driven by continued data growth, migration of customers to higher ASPU bundles, and a strengthening of our position in the enterprise segment.Says in the Netherlands we did experience lower customer intake as competitive pressure increased and new regulatory demands came in to play..  Full Article

Tele2 to acquire TDC Sweden in deal worth 2.9 bln SEK

Tele2 AB : Says will acquire TDC Sweden at an enterprise value of SEK 2.9 billion . Says in conjunction with transaction, Tele2 proposes to undertake an equity issue with preferential rights to existing shareholders to a total amount of approximately SEK3 billion . Tele2 estimates annualized run rate opex and capex synergies to amount to approximately SEK 300 million, with additional one-off capex synergies estimated to amount to sek 200 million . Says positive effects of cross-selling are also expected. . Says preliminary estimates for integration costs and other one-off costs required to achieve synergies amount to approximately SEK 750 million . Says transaction is not conditional on equity financing, as tele2 has available funds and existing credit facilities in place to finance transaction .TDC Sweden had net sales in 2015 of SEK 3.4 billion and an EBITDA of SEK 0.4 billion.  Full Article
