Name Description

Enrico Falck

Dr. Enrico Ottaviano Falck serves as Executive Chairman of Falck Renewables S.p.A. since April 29, 2014. He also serves as Member of the Executive Committee of the Company. He graduated from Boston University in 1998. He attended Regent's Business School between 1998 and 1999. He holds a diploma in Marketing and Finance from European Business School of Milan obtained in 2000 and a Masters degree with specialization in Small Enterprises from Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi of Milan, obtained in 2002. He currently serves as Director of Falck SpA, Riesfactoring SpA, and others. He started his professional career in 2000 in stage at McKinsey & Company. He joined Gruppo Falck in 2001 as Controller Assistant. In 2002 he served at Gruppo Pandolfo. From 2002 to 2003, he served as Junior Analyst at Medinvest SpA. From 2004 to 2006, he was involved in team project finance for WTE projects at Gruppo Falck. From 2006 to 2008, he served as Project Developer for Biogas at Gruppo Falck. From 2009 to 2011, he served as Assistant to the Chairman of Gruppo Falck.

Toni Volpe

Mr. Toni Volpe serves as Chief Executive Officer, General Manager, Director of Falck Renewables S.p.A. since February 22, 2016. He has experience in the field of consultancy gained from his work with Bain & Company in Milan, but it is in the energy sector that he has really grew professionally, joining the Corporate Strategy Department of the Enel Group in 2004. He assumed more responsibility within the Enel Group taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Enel Green Power North America in 2005, Enel Group HR Planning and Development in 2011, and, thereafter, in 2014, that of Country Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Enel Romania. He graduated in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 1997 and obtained an M.B.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business of New York in 2002.

Prof. Guido Giuseppe Maria Corbetta serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Falck Renewables S.p.A. since April 29, 2014. He is Professor of Strategy and Corporate Policy within the Bocconi University. He holds the chairs AIdAF-Alberto Falck of Strategy for Family Corporations within the same University. He served as Researcher and Lecturer in a number of business schools, including among others IESE and EAE of Barcelona, AESE of Lisbon and Loyola University of Chicago. He was appointed Member of the Editorial Board of the magazines Family Business Review and Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice. He was appointed Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the Milan's branch of Ernst & Young and serves as Consultant concerning strategy and family corporations. He was appointed Director of Fontana Finanziaria SpA, Fineldo SpA, SET-Societa Europea Tessile SpA, Maggiore Finanziaria di Partecipazioni SpA, Reale Compagnia Italiana SpA, E.Boselli & C. SpA, Falck SpA (and Vice Chairman), Compagnia de Frescobaldi SpA, Calcestruzzi SpA, Villa D'Este SpA, Manutencoop Facility Management SpA, Industrie Polieco M.P.B. Srl, Fimag SpA. Paolo Rundeddu

Mr. Paolo Rundeddu serves as Chief Financial Officer, Financial Reporting Officer and Management Services Director at Falck Renewables S.p.A. since July 30, 2009. Eng. Federico Falck serves as Executive Director at Falck Renewables S.p.A. since April 29, 2014. Previously, he was Non-Executive Chairman of the Board and Director of Falck Renewables S.p.A. from 2003 till April 29, 2014. Prior to that he was Director of the Company until 2003. Mr. Vittorio Grande serves as Head of Operations at Falck Renewables S.p.A. From 1996 he worked at ENERCON GmbH in positions and responsibilities: field service in Germany, Sweden, Norway and Denmark, importing first products, installation, commissioning and optimization of numerous wind turbines in Italy. He then became part of ENERCON Service Italy srl as chief operating officer, responsible for the creation and establishment of an independent service company for the Group. From 2002 to 2014 he worked as Director of Unique ENERCON Service Italy srl.

In the past, she has been Head of Institutional Relations at APCO Worldwide and Consultant for the Italian Parliamentary delegation at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.

Carmelo Scalone

Mr. Carmelo Scalone serves as Head of Business Development and M&A at FALCK RENEWABLES S.P.A. since May 4, 2017. He will lead a multinational team, committed to expand the international presence of Falck Renewables. He joins from EDF Energies Nouvelles (EDF Group) where, in the Paris headquarters, he has held the positions of EVP Latin America, MENA and Asia and Global Head of Business Development, while serving in the Executive Committee. Previously (2008-2013) he was Global Head of Business Development at EDP Renewables (EDP Group) in Madrid. In 2007 he was Head of Development MENA at Gamesa Energia and from 2000 to 2006 CEO of Gamesa Energia Italia in Rome. Scalone started his career at the ABB Group, where, between 1992 and 2000, he held numerous positions with growing responsibilities in Italy and Sweden, up to Head of Sales and Marketing at ABB Energy Automation and Member of the World Steering Committee for the Telecom Business Unit. He holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering from Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza, a Business Administration Course from SDA BOCCONI University.

Carmelo Tantillo

Mr. Carmelo Tantillo serves as Area Manager South Europe at Falck Renewables S.p.A. He was Head of Asset Management and Operations at Falck Renewables S.p.A. Previously, he was Manager of Waste to Energy and Biomass Sector of Falck Renewables S.p.A. He graduated in Electro-Technical Engineering from Universita degli Studi di Catania in 1984. He began his professional career at Agip SpA (Eni Group) between 1985 and 1988 and was engaged by Selm SpA (Montedison Group), as Operations Assistant to the plant coordinator of the Priolo petrochemical plant. In 1993 he was appointed Central Manager of the thermoelectrical department and in 1995 he became the utilities production plant Manager. From 1998 to 2004, he held executive roles within MEGS—Mediterranean Electric Generating Services Srl.

Mr. Siro Tasca serves as Head of Internal Audit at Falck Renewables S.p.A. since 2012. He began his career in Arthur Andersen, where he firstly worked for auditing and then for company advisory. Among the founders in Italy of the multinational company Protiviti in 2004, he acquired experience in working for Risk Management and Internal Audit for international listed and non-listed groups belonging to several business sectors and he became Director in 2007. He graduated in Economics from Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano.

Dr. Libero Milone serves as Non-Executive Lead Independent Director at Falck Renewables S.p.A. since July 28, 2011. He has served as Non-Executive Independent Director of Falck Renewables SpA since May 6, 2011. He also serves as Chairman of the Audit and Governance, as well as Member of the Remuneration and Human Resources Committees of the Company. From 1970 to 1975, he served at Armitage & Norton Chartered Accountants.
