Philip Heasley

Mr. Philip G. Heasley President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Mr. Heasley is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PayPower LLC, an acquisition and consulting firm specializing in financial services and payment services from October 2003 to March 2005 • Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First USA Bank from October 2000 to November 2003 • Served in various capacities for U.S. Bancorp from 1987 until 2000, including Executive Vice President, and President and Chief Operating Officer • Previously a director of Lender Processing Services, Inc. (NYSE: LPS), a provider of mortgage processing services, settlement services, mortgage performance analytics and default solutions; Official Payments Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: OPAY), a provider of electronic payment biller-direct solutions; Fidelity National Title Group, now known as Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF), a provider of title insurance, specialty insurance and claims management services; Kintera, Inc. (NASDAQ: KNTA), a provider of software for non-profit organizations, until it was acquired by Blackbaud, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLKB); Ohio Casualty Corporation (NASDAQ: OCAS), the holding company of The Ohio Casualty Insurance Company, which is one of six property-casualty insurance companies that make up Ohio Casualty Group, collectively referred to as Consolidated Corporation; and Fair.

Scott Behrens

Mr. Scott W. Behrens is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Behrens joined ACI in June 2007 as our Corporate Controller and was appointed as Chief Accounting Officer in October 2007. Mr. Behrens was appointed Chief Financial Officer in December 2009. Mr. Behrens ceased serving as our Corporate Controller in December 2010. Mr. Behrens was appointed as Executive Vice President in March 2011 and promoted to Senior Executive Vice President in December of 2013. Prior to joining ACI, Mr. Behrens served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at SITEL Corporation from January 2005 to June 2007. He also served as Vice President of Financial Reporting at SITEL Corporation from April 2003 to January 2005. From 1993 to 2003, Mr. Behrens was with Deloitte & Touche, LLP, including two years as a Senior Audit Manager. Mr. Behrens holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.

Daniel Frate

Mr. Daniel J. Frate is Group President, ACI On Demand of the Company. Prior to joining ACI in August of 2012, Mr. Frate was Executive Vice President at PNC Bank, where he led the retail banking products and pricing group. Mr. Frate joined PNC Bank through its acquisition of National City Corporation, where he served as Vice Chairman, leading the retail banking business. He joined National City in 2003. From 2001 to 2003, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Bank One Card Services. Prior to joining Bank One, Mr. Frate served as Vice Chairman of payment services at US Bank (1995 to 2001) and Executive Vice President of credit and services (1989 to 1995). Mr. Frate is a member of the Board of Directors at John Carroll University. Mr. Frate holds a Master of Science in Finance from Krannert School of Management at Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the School of Business at John Carroll University.

Carolyn Homberger

Mrs. Carolyn B. Homberger is Group President, Global Sales of the Company. Mrs. Homberger joined ACI in December 2006. She has led the financial planning and analysis team and held other operational leadership positions at the Company. From 2002 to 2006, Mrs. Homberger held finance leadership roles and completed the Financial Management Program (“FMP”) at GE Healthcare. Mrs. Homberger is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Fordham University and Bachelor of Science from Miami University.

Craig Saks

Mr. Craig Saks is Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Prior to joining ACI in February 2012, Mr. Saks was Senior Vice President of Shared Services at S1 Corporation, which was subsequently acquired by ACI. From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Saks served as the Chief Operating Officer at Fundamo. Mr. Saks holds a Master of Commerce in IT Management from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Port Elizabeth.

Dennis Byrnes

Mr. Dennis P. Byrnes is Chief Administrative Officer, Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of the Company. He has served in that capacity since March 2011 and as General Counsel and Secretary since joining the Company in June 2003. Prior to that Mr. Byrnes served as an attorney in Bank One Corporation’s technology group from 2002 to 2003 and before that with Sterling Commerce, an electronic commerce software and services company, from 1996. From 1991 to 1996 Mr. Byrnes was an attorney with Baker Hostetler. Mr. Byrnes holds a JD from The Ohio State University College of Law, a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Case Western Reserve University.

Anthony Scotto

Mr. Anthony M. Scotto, Jr. is Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer of the Company. In this role, he drives ACI’s risk management vision and strategy. His current focus is on continuing to advance and evolve ACI’s risk management and information security functions to develop a risk management organization that is best-in-class in the payments industry. Prior to becoming chief risk officer, Mr. Scotto served as ACI’s chief of technology. He led the Corporate IT and Acquisition Integration units and served as a champion for innovation across the company. Mr. Scotto also previously led product development operations at ACI, including architecture and design, coding and testing as well as the software process for strategic products. In addition, he launched ACI’s development centers of excellence to fuel the sharing of research and best practices across product teams and divisions. Mr. Scotto has more than 30 years of experience running global product development organizations. He has held executive leadership positions at large technology corporations, including Oracle and EMC, and he has also enjoyed the challenge of leading product development for two startup companies looking to rapidly introduce and scale their solutions to support a steep growth trajectory. Mr. Scotto holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut and is a graduate of Northeastern University’s Executive Management Program.

Janet Estep

Ms. Janet O. Estep is an Independent Director of the Company. She is President and Chief Executive Officer of NACHA since 2008, provides strategic guidance including daily operations & rule-making processes for the ACH Network, and develops rules and standards for other payment types • Served in various management roles at U.S. Bank, Minneapolis, MN from 1997 to 2008, including Executive Vice President of its Transaction Services Division and its Merchant Payment Services Division • Served as VP of Sales & Marketing for Pace Analytical Services from 1993 to 1997, a nation-wide environmental laboratory services company, as well as General Manager of its Twin Cities lab • Served in a variety of corporate, product development, and sales management positions at IBM for 15 years, in its Data Processing Division, its ImagePlus Software Division, as well as its General Sector Division • Member of NACHA’s Board of Directors • Currently serves as a Board Advisor to other industry organizations – ETA (Electronic Transaction Association) and CAQH/CORE (Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare / Committee on Operating Rules for Information Exchange)

James Hale

Mr. James C. Hale III is an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Hale has been a Founder, Managing Partner Emeritus and Advisor, FTV Capital (Financial Technology Ventures) • Previously served as a senior managing partner at Bank America Securities (Montgomery Securities) where he founded and led the financial services corporate finance practice and co-founded the Montgomery Financial Fund • Serves as director of MITEK Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MITK), a mobile payments technology company; and Bank of Marin Bancorp (NASDAQ: BMRC), a leading independent commercial and retail bank in Northern California • Previously a director of Official Payments Holdings, Inc. Pamela Patsley

Ms. Pamela H. Patsley is an Independent Director of the Company. Executive Chairman of MoneyGram International Inc., a leading global remittance company that provides essential financial services to consumers who are primarily underbanked. Operating in over 200 countries, with more than 350,000 locations, MoneyGram moves close to $200 billion annually. Previously served as MoneyGram’s chairman and CEO. Prior to MoneyGram, served as president of First Data International; under her leadership, company become the largest worldwide payments processor outside the U.S. Previously served as president of First Data Merchant Services. Previously served as president and CEO of Paymentech, leading company through its IPO. Previously served as CFO of First USA, Inc. and its predecessors.
