Name Description

Jacek Duch

Mr. Jacek Duch has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Poland S.A. since October 9, 2007. Before that he served as Member of the Supervisory Board at the Company between January 4, 2007 and October 9, 2007. He has been Member of the Audit Committee at the Company. From 1975 to 1977 he worked for PSI AG in West Berlin. He also has many years of experience in software engineering and managing in international IT consortiums. From 1978 to 1993 he worked for Digital Equipment Corporation, he managed projects in Munich, Vienna and Paris among others. He also did scientific research for NixdorfComputer AG. Since 1989 he supervised building branches of Digital Equipment Corporation in Hungary, Czechoslovakia and Poland. He managed Digital Equipment Polska sp. z o.o. from 1992 to 1993 and Oracle Polska sp. z o.o. from 1993 to 1998. He was Member of the Management Board of Prokom Software from 1998 to 2004, and Chairman of the Management Board in Prokom Internet S.A. starting from 2000, where he was responsible for strategic projects, among others. He held position of Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board in Postdata S.A., Chairman of Supervisory Board in Ready sp. z o.o., and Secretary of Supervisory Board of Bank Pocztowy S.A. and Incenti (now Asseco Business Solutions). He has been Member of branch organizations: American Chamber of Commerce, the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications, and Polish Confederation of Private Employers. He has also been Member of Supervisory Boards in companies of the Asseco Group: Asseco DACH, Asseco SEE, ADH-Soft, Asseco Germany AG, and matrix42 AG. He has been Partner in Allterpower Sp. z o.o., Ogicom Sp. z o.o., DECsoft S.A., Inotel S.A., Bioalter Sp. z o.o. and Vercom Sp. z o.o. He is a graduate of Faculty of Electronics at Politechnika Warszawska, with a Master of Engineering degree in Information Systems (1971).

Adam Goral

Dr. Adam Tadeusz Goral has served as Chairman of the Management Board of Asseco Poland S.A. since January 4, 2007. He was Co-Founder of Asseco Poland (formerly COMP Rzeszow) (1991). From September 1995 he was the Vice Chairman of the Management Board and General Director of Asseco Poland (formerly COMP Rzeszow). From March 2004, as of the merger of the company Asseco Poland (formerly COMP Rzeszow) he acted as Chairman of the Management Board of Asseco Poland (formerly COMP Rzeszów). From 1979 to 1990 he was Assistant Lecturer, Senior Assistant Lecturer, and Lecturer at Maria Curie-Sklodowska University, Branch in Rzeszow. Then, he was engaged in the Polish-American Project for Foundation of Enterprise Institutes in Poland. From 1991to 1995 he was Director of COMP Ltd. Sp. z o.o. branch. He is Co-Founder of Rzeszow School of Business and Podkarpacie Business Club (where he serves as President of the Board). From 1999 to 2005 chaired the Supervisory Board of ABAS SA. From 2002 to 2006 he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of COMP Soft Sp. z o.o. From 2007 to 2008 he also was the President of the Management Board of Prokom and from 2009 to 2010 of ABG S.A. (merged with Asseco Poland in January 2010). Since March 2005 he has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Epsilio SA. Since 2004 he has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of WA-PRO, Softlab, Softlab Trade, Asseco Romania, ABG Company, ABG (formerly DRQ) and Vistula & Wolczanka S.A., Asseco Systems. Furthermore, he has been Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of Asseco Central Europe, Asseco South Eastern Europe, Asseco South Western Europe, Asseco Business Solutions, ADH Soft, and Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Asseco DACH, among others. He graduated in Economic Cybernetics and Information Technology from Akademia Ekonomiczna w Krakowie (currently Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie). He holds a Doctorate degree in Economics.

Adam Noga

Prof. Adam Noga has been Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Poland S.A. since January 4, 2007. He has been Member of the Audit Committee at the Company. From 1999 to 2005 he was Director of the Institute of Finance. Since 2005 he is a professor at Kozminski University and its vice-rector. He was an assistant and later an adjunct at the Warsaw School of Economics. Then he worked as a consultant in the Planning Commission to the Council of Ministers and in the Ministry of Finance. From 1991 to 1992 he taught at L'Universite du Quebec a Montreal. From 1992 to 1993 he was Deputy Dean of Postgraduate Studies, then dean of Undergraduate Studies and Vice-Rector for Didactics and Students at the Warsaw School of Economics. From 1993 to 1998, he was vice-chairman of the Scientific Council of the Polish Economic Society. In 1995, he worked as an expert at the Ministry of Privatization. In 1997 - 1999 he held the position of an advisor of the President of the Plock Petrochemical. From 1998 to 1999 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of PTE Epoka. In 2003 - 2005 he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency. In 2001 - 2005, he served as Vice-President of the Polish Economic Society. From 2002 to 2005 he was an advisor to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance. Since 1987, he is the editor of Ekonomista. From 1998 to 2006 he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Poland (previous COMP Rzeszow). Since 2007, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Prokom. Since 2000 he has been Member, and since 2005 Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kredyt Bank SA. He is a graduate of Social-Economic Faculty of Main School of Planning and Statistics (now Szkola Glowna Handlowa). He also obtained MBA degree from Universite du Quebeck a Montreal. In 1985 he obtained a Ph.D. in Economics, in 1993 post-doctoral degree, in 1995 he gained the title of assistant professor of Szkola Glowna Handlowa.

Rafal Kozlowski

Mr. Rafal Kozlowski has served as Vice Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer at Asseco Poland S.A. since June 1, 2012. Between 2007 and June 2009, he was Director of Controlling and Investments Division at the Company. In addition, since May 2008, he has acted as Vice Chairman of the Management Board for Finance of Asseco South Eastern Europe SA. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1998 he acted as Finance Director of Delta Software. From 1998 to 2003, he was Senior Manager at Veraudyt. Between 2004 and 2006, he held the post of Director of the Treasury Division at Softbank SA and was delegated to the post of Vice President for Finance at Sawan SA. In 1998, he received a Masters degree from the Faculty of Organization and Management of Uniwersytet Warszawski. He completed a course in Project Management organized by PMI in 2004 , as well as a course in International Accounting Standards organized by Ernst&Young Academy of Business from 2005 to 2006.

Andrzej Dopierala

Mr. Andrzej Dopierala has served as Vice Chairman of the Management Board of Asseco Poland S.A. since October 1, 2017. He held the same position within the Company from September 1, 2013 until June 30, 2016. He was responsible for Infrastructure Division and the Data Center Department. He started his professional career in the United States at Hogan Technical Services. He gained experience in the companies such as Digital Equipment Polska, HP Polska Sp. z o.o. where he was Chairman of the Management BOard, Director of Marketing and Partner Channels, among others. He also served as Chairman of the Management Board at Oracle Polska Sp. z o.o. and Director of Oracle Fusion Middleware in the Central Europe. On July 1, 2016 he was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of Asseco Data Systems S.A. He is a graduate of Politechnika Warszawska. He holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering (1988).

Tadeusz Dyrga

Mr. Tadeusz Dyrga has served as Vice Chairman of the Management Board of Asseco Poland S.A. since April 1, 2008. From 1973 to 1986 he was Academic Lecturer and Research Team Manager at Gdansk University of Technology. From 1987 to 1997 he was Manager and Deputy Director in Innowacyjny Zaklad Techniki Komputerowej PROKOM (Innovative Workshop of Computer Techniques PROKOM). He was later Director in Prokom Software System Sp. z o.o. He has worked in Prokom Software SA since 1997 as Software Production Director, Member of the Management Board and since 2001 as Vice Chairman of the Management Board until the merger of the company with Asseco Poland SA. He graduated from Politechnika Gdanska.

Krzysztof Groyecki

Mr. Krzysztof Groyecki has served as Vice Chairman of the Management Board of Asseco Poland S.A. since June 1, 2016. He holds Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Politechnika Slaska w Gliwicach. From 1981 to 1987 he was Assistant at Politechnika Slaska w Gliwicach. From 1987 to 1998 he was founder, co-owner and Chairman of the Management Board of PiK Systemy Informatyczne Gliwice. From 1994 to 2000 he was founder, co-owner and Member of the Management Board of PiK-Net Sp. z o.o., and from 1999 to 2001 he served as Vice Chairman of the Management Board of ComputerLand Zdrowie Sp. z o.o. From 1999 to 2005 he was General Director of ComputerLand S.A., and from 2004 to 2006 he was Member of the Management Board of RUM IT Sp. z o.o. Moreover, he served at Sygnity S.A. and ABG S.A. He joined Asseco Poland S.A. in 2010.

Marek Panek

Mr. Marek Pawel Panek has served as Vice Chairman of the Management Board of Asseco Poland S.A. since June 19, 2007. He joined the Company's Management Board on March 6, 2004. He has been working for Asseco Poland SA since 1995, initially as Marketing Specialist and Sales Director. He has held executive posts in companies of Asseco Group, including Chairman of the Board of Director of Formula Systems Ltd, and Asseco Danmark A/S, Member of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Central Europe and Member of the Board of Directors of Sintagma UAB. In his career, he worked for Zaklad Elektroniki Gantel Sp. z o.o. (1993-1995), COMP Ltd. Sp. z o.o. (from 1995), COMP Soft Sp. zo.o. (1998-1999) and ARMA Sp. zo.o. (2001-2003). Mr. Marek Panek graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics of Politechnika Rzeszowska where in 1994 he gained a Master of Engineering degree.

Pawel Piwowar

Mr. Pawel Piwowar has served as Vice Chairman of the Management Board of Asseco Poland S.A. since October 1, 2009. He started his professional career in 1987 at Delfin Ltd. from 1987 till 1991 he served at Plus SA. In 1991, he joined Computerland Sp. z o.o., where he held various posts, including Head of Computers System department, Director of Branch in Warsaw, General Manager and Vice Chairman of the Management Board. From 1998 to 2007 he was Chairman of the Management Board of Oracle Polska Sp. z o.o.( since 2004 Head of Baltic Countries Group). Since 2006 he has been Head of Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, and Hungary of Oracle Central Europe. From 2008 to 2010 he was Chairman of the Management Board of ABG SA. He has also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board in PGS Software. He graduated from Electronics Faculty of Politechnika Warszawska with a Master of Engineering degree.

Zbigniew Pomianek

Mr. Zbigniew Pomianek has served as Vice Chairman of the Management Board of Asseco Poland S.A. since June 19, 2007. He co-founded the Company, and since 1995 has been working subsequently as Director of Banking Services, Deputy General Director, Director of Software Division, Director of Commercial Banks Division, and Vice Chairman of the Management Board. From 2000 to 2004, he was Member of the Supervisory Board of Studio Komputerowe GALKOM Sp. z o.o., Asseco Business Solutions SA and Postdata SA. From 2007 to 2009, he was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Anica Systems SA. Prior to that, he worked at Rzeszow Technical University as Assistant from 1990 to 1992. Later he was employed as IT Specialist in Jazcoop Sp. z o.o., and at COMP Ltd. Sp. z o.o. from 1993 to 1995. He graduated from the Department of Building and Environmental Engineering of Politechnika Rzeszowska in 1990.

Artur Wiza

Mr. Artur Wiza has been Vice Chairman of the Management Board of Asseco Poland S.A. since March 1, 2018. He graduated from Uniwersytet Szczecinski in Economical Cybernetics and Computer Science. He started his career in 1994 at Computerland S.A. In 1997 he joined the Polish branch of Hewlett-Packard Polska, where in 2000 he was appointed Marketing Director. From 2002 to 2005 he was Chairman of the Polish Board of Marketing Directors at The Conference Board. From September 2006 to March 2011 he was Member of the Management Board of Getin Holding S.A. He also served on the Supervisory Board of Fiolet Powszechny Dom Kredytowy S.A., Panorama Finansow S.A., OOO Carcade, SC Perfect Finance S.r.l. and LC Corp S.A. Since 2012 he has been Managing Director of Asseco Poland S.A.

Gabriela Zukowicz

Ms. Gabriela Zukowicz has served as Vice Chairman of the Management Board of Asseco Poland S.A. since October 1, 2017. In 1998 she graduated in Law from Uniwersytet Jagiellonski, Krakow. She joined Asseco Poland S.A. in 1998. She served as Director of the Management Board Office between October 2004 and December 2009. In January 2010 she was appointed Director of the Legal and Organization Department. Moreover, between August 2012 and September 2017 she was Proxy at the Company. She has also been on the supervisory Board of Asseco South Eastern Europe S.A., Asseco Western Europe S.A., Sintagma UAB, Asseco Lietuva UAB, Asseco Kazakhstan and Park Wodny Sopot Sp. z o.o.

Izabela Albrycht

Ms. Izabela Albrycht has served as Member of the Supervisory Board at Asseco Poland S.A. since January 1, 2017. She holds Master's degree in Political Science from Uniwersytet Jagiellonski. In 2007 she completed postgraduate studies in Public Relations at Wyzsza Szkola Europejska im. Ks. Jozefa Tischnera. In 2007 she also completed a course for Supervisory Board Members and completed a number of courses between 2010 and 2014. From 2007 to 2008, she was Member and Secretary of the Supervisory Board of Rejonowe Przedsiebiorstwo Wodno-Kanalizacyjne w Dabrowie Tarnowskiej. Between 2006 and 2008 she was Supervisory Board Member at Zaklad Energetyczny Torun Energohandel Sp. z o.o. From February 2010 to August 2010 she worked at European Parliament. From April to December 2014 she was Head Editor of The International Shale Gas and Oil Journal in Claeys & Casteels Law Publishers B.V. She has been Chairman of the Management Board of Instytut Kosciuszki - Instytut Integracji Europejskiej. Since September 2014 she has been Head of Komitet Organizacyjny Europejskiego i Polskiego Forum Cyberbezpieczenstwa - Cybersec Polskie Forum Cyberbezpieczenstwa.

Piotr Augustyniak

Mr. Piotr Augustyniak has been Member of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Poland S.A. since November 6, 2012. He has been Member of the Audit Committee at the Company. From 1991 to 1992, he worked as a translator for New York Times. From 1992 to 1993, he acted as Assistant Financial Officer of the Foundation for Ownership Transformations at the Ministry of Privatization. From 1993 to 1994, he worked for the Ministry of Privatization, successively at the positions of Project Manager and Privatization Team Manager. Between 1994 and 2011, he worked for Enterprise Investors (EI), successively at the positions of Analyst, Investments Director, Vice President, and Partner. In 2001, he served as President of the Management Board of Energoaparatura S.A., being delegated to this position as part of his work for EI in order to implement a restructuring program at that company. Acting as EI’s Partner from 2006 to 2011, he was responsible for monitoring, conducting company IPOs on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, sale of company shareholdings from EI’s portfolio thorough a public offering or private placement, and also served as Member of the Supervisory Boards at the following companies: Polfa Kutno, Energoaparatura, Elektrobudowa, Wizów, Sfinks, CSS, Bauma, Comp Rzeszow, Comp Rzeszow (presently Asseco Poland), Agros Nova, Teta, Opoczno, AB, Siveco (Romania), STD Donivo (Slovakia), and AVG Technologies (Netherlands). At present he runs a private business and is engaged in financial consulting. He graduated from Uniwersytet Warszawski, receiving Master's degrees in English Philology (1990) and Management (1994).

Dariusz Brzeski

Mr. Dariusz Brzeski has served as Member of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Poland S.A. since February 1, 2009. In the years 1988–1990 he worked as Specialist for Implementation of IT Systems in Microsystem JGU. From 1991 till 1994 he was employed as Sales Network Manager in InterAms Sp. z o.o. For the next two years he served as President of the Board of Directors of Towarzystwo Finansowo Leasingowe Sp. z o.o. In the years 1997–2000 he acted as President of the Management Board of Financial Management SA; whereas, from 1996 till 2005 Mr. Dariusz Brzeski served as President of the Management Board of ABG SA. Concurrently, since March 2005 he has acted as President of the Management Board of Ster–Projekt SA. Following the merger of ABG SA and Ster–Projekt SA (where the surviving company operated under the names of ABG Ster–Projekt SA, ABG SPIN SA, and finally ABG SA) till the time of amalgamation with Asseco Poland SA, Mr. Dariusz Brzeski performed the function of President of the Management Board of the later company. Since October 2008 he has served as President of the Management Board of ABG SA which formerly operated under the name of DRQ SA. He has served as President of the Supervisory Board in Fundusz Hipoteczny FAMILIA S.A. He graduated from the Main School of Planning and Statistics in Warsaw (at present Szkola Glowna Handlowa), Faculty of Management and Organization in 1988.

Artur Kucharski

Mr. Artur Kucharski has been Member of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Poland S.A. since August 2010. He has been Chairman of the Audit Committee at the Company. From 1995 to 2002 he worked at the Auditing Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o. holding positions from Assistant to Manager. Since 2002 he has worked at Advisory Department of PwC Poland Sp. of o.o. in positions of Senior Manager and Director. Since April 2010, he has been Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board Kopex SA, as of July 2010 Member of the Supervisory Board of Globe Trade Centre SA. From February 2010 to February 2012 he was Member of the Supervisory Board of Hydrapres SA and from February 2011 Director Kopex SA. Since October 2011 he has acted as Member of the Supervisory Board in Zaklady Azotowe w Tarnowie Moscicach SA, and since November 2011 as Member of the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Zabrze Holding SA, as well as since January 2012 as Member of the Supervisory Board Zabrzanskie Mechanical Plant SA (a subsidiary of Kopex SA). In 1995 he graduated from University of Central London and received a Master of Engineering degree from Politechnika Warszawska. Since 1999, he holds Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) title. In 2011, completed Executive MBA at the School of Business of Politechnika Warszawska.
