Biographies

Name Description

Kjell Rokke

Mr. Kjell Inge Rokke serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aker ASA. He is the main owner of the Company and has been a driving force in the development of Aker since the 1990s. Mr. Rokke launched his business career with the purchase of a 69-foot trawler in the United States in 1982, and gradually built a leading worldwide fisheries business. In 1996, the Rokke controlled company, RGI, purchased enough Aker shares to become Aker’s largest shareholder, and later merged RGI with Aker. Mr. Rokke is currently director of Aker Solutions, Aker BP, Kvaerner and Ocean Yield.

Oyvind Eriksen

Mr. Oyvind Eriksen has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Aker ASA since January 1, 2009. He joined Norwegian law firm BA-HR in 1990, where he became a partner in 1996 and a director/chairman in 2003. At BA-HR, Mr. Eriksen worked closely with Aker and Aker’s main shareholder, Kjell Inge Rokke. Mr. Eriksen is chairman of the board in Aker BP ASA, Aker Solutions ASA and Aker Kvaerner Holding AS, and a director of several companies, including The Resource Group TRG AS, TRG Holding AS and Reitangruppen AS. Mr. Eriksen holds a law degree from Universitet i Oslo.

Finn Berg Jacobsen

Mr. Finn Berg Jacobsen has served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aker ASA since April 14, 2011. He has been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since April 8, 2010. He has held various positions with Arthur Andersen & Co, and worked as Regional Managing Partner from 1983– 1999. From 2001–2005, Mr. Berg Jacobsen worked as CFO and Chief of Staff at Aker Kvaerner. He is currently working as a consultant within corporate governance and corporate finance. Mr. Berg Jacobsen has served on the board, supervisory committees and task forces of several associations and organizations. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School, Harvard University and is State Authorized Public Accountant. He was awarded the Royal Order of St. Olav in 2000 for his contribution to the advancement of auditing and accounting in Norway.

Frank Reite

Mr. Frank Ove Reite has served as Chief Financial Officer of Aker ASA since August 10, 2015. He first joined Aker in 1995. He holds a B.A. in business administration from Handelshoyskolen BI in Oslo. Mr. Reite came from the position of President & CEO of Akastor, and has previously held a variety of executive positions in the Aker group, including overseeing and developing Aker's investments in Converto Capital Fund AS, Havfisk ASA, Norway Seafoods AS and Aker Yards ASA. Mr. Reite also has experience from banking and served as Operating Director at Paine & Partners, a New York-based private equity firm. Mr. Reite is chairman of Ocean Yield and of Akastor ASA.

Haakon Berg

Mr. Haakon Berg serves as Investment Director at AKER ASA. He is responsible for the follow-up of AKER ASA’s oil service investments. He joined Aker ASA in 2016. Berg has previously worked as head of M&A for Aker Solutions, and as CFO for Aker Solutions Well Services. Berg has also worked as vice president of transactions and business development at Aker. Before joining Aker, Berg worked as CFO for AGR and chief of finances at Bravida. Mr. Berg holds the degree M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Audun Stensvold

Mr. Audun Stensvold serves as Investment Director at Aker ASA. He is coordinator for Aker's investment team. He joined the Company in 2006. Prior to his appointment as an Investment Director, he was Chief Financial Officer and Investment Director for Converto, which administers the Aker-owned Converto Capital Fund. He has also served as Vice President of Aker’s M&A and Business Development team. Before joining the Company, he worked as a strategy and finance consultant for Selmer, and as a financial analyst for DnB NOR. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (Norges Handelshoyskole, Bergen - NHH).

Arild Frick

Mr. Arild Storen Frick has been General Counsel at AKER ASA since 2014. Mr. Frick previously worked as a lawyer at Aker Solutions, and before this, he worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, as well as senior associate at the law firm, BA-HR. Mr. Frick is also the managing director for Aker Kvaerner Holding, and manages the election committees at Aker BP, Ocean Yield, Kvaerner and American Shipping Company. He is also a member of the election committees in Akastor, Aker Solutions, and Philly Shipyards. Mr. Frick has a law degree from the University of Oslo, Norway.

Baard Snekkevik

Mr. Baard Snekkevik serves as Corporate Treasurer at AKER ASA. He joined Aker ASA in 1996 and has been head of Treasury since 2004. Before this, he has worked on a number of M&A and financing projects at Aker, and has served as Partner at Aker Finans AS and as Vice President of Aker RGI Seafoods. Mr. Snekkevik has previously worked as advisor at Industri- og Skipsbanken, as well as the Norwegian Trade Council in Oslo and London. Mr. Snekkevik holds the degree M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Atle Kigen

Mr. Atle Kigen has served as Head of Corporate Communications at Aker ASA since March 1, 2010. He joined the Company in October 2006. Prior to this, he was Head of Communication at Kvaerner ASA and held a Chief Executive Officer position at a Public Relations agency, GCI Monsen. He has also been Editor in Chief of the Norwegian business magazine Okonomisk Rapport, and a business and economics editor at Aftenposten and NRK Nyheter. Apart from that, he used to work as journalist at Dagens Naeringsliv. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, and has extensive corporate communication and journalism experience.

Tommy Angeltveit

Mr. Tommy Angeltveit has been Director, Employee Representative at Aker ASA since 2017. He previously held the same position from March 16, 2011 until April 17, 2015. He has worked as a mechanic in Aker Subsea’s controls division since 2003. Angeltveit has occupational education as a service electronics engineer. Mr. Angeltveit is full time employee representative and manager for Industry Energy section 47.

Anne Cannon

Ms. Anne Marie Cannon has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Aker ASA since April 17, 2015. She was Director of the Company from April 14, 2011 until April 17, 2013. She has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas sector in both industry and investment banking. From 2000 to 2014, she was Sr. Advisor to the Natural Resources Group with Morgan Stanley, focusing on upstream M&A. She has previously held positions with J Henry Schroder Wagg, Shell UK E&P and with Thomson North Sea. She was an executive director on the boards of Hardy Oil and Gas and British Borneo. Ms. Cannon is Deputy Chairman of Aker BP ASA. She is a non-executive director of Premier Oil and of STV Group plc. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honors Degree from University of Glasgow.

Amram Hadida

Mr. Amram Hadida has been Director, Employee Representative at Aker ASA since April 17, 2015. He has been employed at the Company since 1990 and has been a local union representative for Aker Stord AS and Kvaerner Stord AS on a full-time basis since 2004, a group union leader since 2012 and served several periods on the boards of Aker Stord AS and Kvaerner Stord AS during the period between 2005 and 2015. Mr. Hadida is a welder and holds a certificate of apprenticeship in the welding discipline.

Kristin Krohn Devold

Ms. Kristin Krohn Devold has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Aker ASA since March 29, 2007. She was a Member of the Norwegian Parliament for the Conservative Party from 1993 to 2005. She was Minister of Defense from 2001 to 2005. Ms. Krohn Devold is currently the management director of the Norwegian Hospitality Association (NHO Reiseliv) and director of several companies, including Aker ASA, Aker Kvaerner Holding AS, Evry, Chamber of Commerce of Sweden and Norway and World Heritage Foundation. She holds a Master of Science degree in Business and Economics from Norges Handelshoyskole, Bergen - NHH, and holds a Bachelor degree in Sociology from Universitet i Bergen.

Kristian Monsen Rokke

Mr. Kristian Monsen Rokke has been appointed Chief Investment Officer at Aker ASA effective as of January 1, 2018. He no longer serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Aker ASA effective as of January 1, 2018. He has held the position since April 22, 2016. He joined Akastor ASA as CEO in August 2015 and has experience in offshore service and shipbuilding from several companies in the Aker group. He has spent the past eight years at Philly Shipyard (PHLY), most recently as Chairman of the Board and previously as President & CEO. Prior to this, Mr. Rokke served as SVP Operations and has held other production management positions at Philly Shipyard. He is currently Director of TRG Holding AS. Mr. Rokke holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Karen Simon

Ms. Karen Simon has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Aker ASA since April 17, 2013. She is a Vice Chairman in the Investment Bank of J.P. Morgan. She currently heads a global initiative entitled Director Advisory Services, serving as a central contact to facilitate ongoing interactions between Directors of public company boards and J.P. Morgan. Prior to this, she headed J.P. Morgan's Financial Sponsor Coverage group, advising private equity clients on leveraged buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings. Ms. Simon has spent over 30 years at J.P. Morgan including time in London, focusing on oil & gas clients and heading up Debt Capital Markets in addition to working with private equity clients. She has extensive corporate finance experience.

Arnfinn Stenso

Mr. Arnfinn Stenso has been Director, Employee Representative at Aker ASA since April 17, 2013. He has been employed by Aker Solutions (former Aker Offshore Partner) in Stavanger since 1998. He is educated electrical engineer. Mr. Stenso is member of the negotiating committee in NITO (Norwegian Engineers and technologist organization) and of the liaison committee NITO – NHO.

Atle Tranoy

Mr. Atle Tranoy has been Director, Employee Representative at Aker ASA since 2004. He is trained as a as a pipe fitter and has been an employee of Kvaerner Stord AS since 1976. Mr. Tranoy has been a fulltime employee representative since 1983. Mr. Tranoy is also the chairperson of the Global Works Council in Aker.
