Name Description

Oyvind Eriksen

Mr. Oyvind Eriksen has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA) since March 11, 2016. He is Chair of the Compensation and Organizational Development Committee. He is President and CEO of Aker ASA and holds a law degree from the University of Oslo. He joined the law firm BA-HR in 1990, where he became a partner in 1996 and director/chairman from 2003. Mr. Eriksen is Chairman of Aker Solutions ASA and Aker Kvaerner Holding AS, and director of several companies, including The Resource Group TRG AS, TRG Holding AS and Reitangruppen AS.

Karl Hersvik

Mr. Karl Johnny Hersvik has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske oljeselskap ASA), effective as of May 1, 2014. He was also Acting Senior Vice President Improvement at the Company from January 1, 2016 till September 5, 2016. He came from the position as Senior Vice President of Statoil's Research and Development division in Trondheim, a position he has held since January 2011. He has held many professional and management positions in StatoilHydro and Norsk Hydro, including Chief Reservoir Engineer and Operations Manager. Mr. Hersvik has also held several positions in business development, including Vice President and Project Manager for the West Qurna project in Iraq and Vice President for Production Technology. He holds a number of directorships, including Chair of the Board at OG21, and is member of several boards whose objective is to promote cooperation between industry and academia. Mr. Hersvik holds a Cand. Scient. degree in Industrial Mathematics from the University of Bergen (Universitetet i Bergen).

Anne Cannon

Ms. Anne Marie Cannon has been Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Board of Directors of AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA) since April 17, 2013. She is Member of the Audit and Risk Committee. She has more than 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector in both industry and investment banking. From 2000 to 2014 she was Senior Advisor to the Natural Resources Group at Morgan Stanley focusing on upstream M&A. She previously held financial and commercial positions with J Henry Schroder Wagg, Shell UK Exploration and Production and with Thomson North Sea. She was Executive Director on the Boards of Hardy Oil and Gas and British Borneo. She served on the Board of Aker ASA from 2011 until 2013. She is Non-Executive Director of Premier Oil and of STV Group plc. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honors Degree from Glasgow University.

Alexander Krane

Mr. Alexander Krane has been Chief Financial Officer of AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA) since September 1, 2012. He joined the Company from Aker ASA, where he served as Corporate Controller. He also worked at Norse Energy Corp. ASA and KPMG, both in Norway and the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bodo Graduate School of Business (Handelshogskolen i Bodo) and a Master of Business Administration degree from Norges Handelshoyskole Bergen - NHH. He is State Authorized Public Accountant.

Eldar Larsen

Mr. Eldar Larsen has been Senior Vice President Operations at AKER BP ASA since December 1, 2016. He comes from the position of SVP Operations, BP Norge. He has extensive experience from large industrial operations on fields such as Gullfaks, Sleipner, Snorre, Ormen Lange, Ula, Valhall and Skarv. Larsen holds a master’s degree in chemical industry from NTNU in Trondheim.

Gro Gunleiksrud Haatvedt

Ms. Gro Gunleiksrud Haatvedt has been Senior Vice President Exploration at AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA) since August 1, 2014. Until January 1, 2014, she was Senior Vice President for exploration on the Norwegian Continental Shelf in Statoil ASA, where she also served as country manager in Libya. She has held several positions with Norsk Hydro (head of geology, technology and competence). She has been responsible for business development in Iran, head of Oseberg, and Exploration Manager NCS. Ms. Haatvedt holds a master’s degree in Applied Geophysics from the University of Oslo.

Olav Henriksen

Mr. Olav Henriksen has served as Senior Vice President Projects at AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA) since January 19, 2015. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Henriksen has been working with large development projects in ConocoPhillips since 1990. Mr. Henriksen has a degree in engineering from More og Romsdal Ingeniorhoyskole (the More and Romsdal college of engineering). He has his work experience from both Kvaerner Installasjon and ConocoPhillips, including work with large projects such as Ekofisk, Statfjord, Gullfaks, Oseberg and Eldfisk.

Per Kongelf

Mr. Per Harald Kongelf has been Senior Vice President Improvement at AKER BP ASA since September 5, 2016. He is responsible for Aker BP’s improvement program. Prior to joining Aker BP, Per Harald Kongelf served as head of the Norwegian operations in Aker Solutions. Kongelf holds a M.Sc. degree from NTNU in Trondheim and has more than 25 years of industrial experience through numerous technical and management positions in Aker Solutions.

Jorunn Kvaale

Ms. Jorunn Kvaale has been Senior Vice President HSE at AKER BP ASA since December 1, 2016. She comes from the position of Engineering Services Manager, BP Norge. She has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, including from Amoco and as OIM for BP Norway. Kvaale is an engineer in Telecommunications and holds a Masters Degree from BI.

Ole Molvig

Mr. Ole Johan Molvig has been Senior Vice President Reservoir at AKER BP ASA since December 1, 2016. He comes from the position of VP Subsurface, Det norske. He has long experience in the oil and gas industry, mainly from ExxonMobil, Statoil and Marathon Oil. Molvig holds a master’s degree from NTNU in Trondheim.

Arne Sigmundstad

Mr. Arne Tommy (Tommy) Sigmundstad has been Senior Vice President Drilling and Well at AKER BP ASA since August 1, 2016. He comes from the position of Vice President Wells BP Asia Pacific. Sigmundstad has broad experience within the oil and gas industry from companies such as Baker Hughes and Philips, before joining BP in the year 2000. Within BP Sigmundstad has held different operational, engineering and management positions in Norway, United Kingdom, Azerbaijan and Indonesia. Mr. Sigmundstad holds a master’s degree in Petroleum-engineering from Stavanger University.

Oyvind Bratsberg

Mr. Oyvind Bratsberg has been Special Advisor at AKER BP ASA since July 31, 2016. He has previously been Acting Senior Vice President Drilling and Wells at the Company since June 12, 2015. Before that, he has been Senior Vice President Technology and Field Development at the Company since 2014. He has previously been General Manager of Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA, effective as of May 1, 2013. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company since 2012. Before that, he has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer at the Company. He joined the Company in 2008 as Chief Operating Officer. He has 30 years of experience from several companies, mainly Statoil, in the areas of Marketing, Business Development and Operations. He has experience from operating offshore installations and project development. He has also experience in areas of commercial negotiations and management. Before joining the Company, he was responsible for early-phase field development on the Norwegian Continental Shelf in StatoilHydro. Bernard Looney

Mr. Bernard Looney has been Director of AKER BP ASA since September 30, 2016. Bernard Looney is the Upstream Chief Executive for BP plc., where he is responsible for exploration, development and production within the Upstream segment. Bernard joined BP in 1991 as a Drilling Engineer. He has extensive leadership experience in the oil and gas business, having worked in a variety of locations, including the North Sea, Vietnam, Gulf of Mexico and Alaska. He was appointed to the role of Chief Executive for BP’s Upstream Segment in February 2016, is a member of the BP Group Executive Committee and is also a director of several BP Group companies.

Lone Olstad

Ms. Lone Margrethe Olstad has been Director, Employee Representative at AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA) since March 11, 2016. She is alliance Project Manager in subsea projects. She has been with the Company since 2006. Ms. Olstad has a broad experience within the oil industry and in positions like reservoir engineer, production engineer, project engineer in operation, project manager for performance improvement project completed in 2012, and project services manager in subsea projects. Olstad has participated in ‘Female Future’ where board competency was part of the program. Olstad has Master of Science from NTNU (2001).

Bjorn Ribesen

Mr. Bjorn Thore Ribesen has been Director, Employee Representative at AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA) since March 11, 2016. He is Offshore Installation Manager on Ivar Aasen. He has been with the Company since 2007. Mr. Ribesen has held several positions in the drilling department, including Drilling and Well Manager for exploration drilling and Ivar Aasen. Mr. Ribesen graduated with a BEng Honors Degree from University of Newcastle upon Tyne (1996). Before he joined the Company he was in Schlumberger (1996-2007), where he held a variety of positions.

Kjell Rokke

Mr. Kjell Inge Rokke has been Member of the Board of Directors of AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA) since April 17, 2013. Previously, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company from December 22, 2009 until April 12, 2011. He is Entrepreneur and Industrialist. He has been driving force in the development of Aker since the 1990s. He is Chairman of the Board of Aker ASA and Member of the Boards of Directors of Aker Solutions ASA, Kvaerner ASA, Akastor ASA and Ocean Yield ASA.

Terje Solheim

Mr. Terje Solheim has been Director, Employee Representative at AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA) since March 20, 2014. He is Member of the Compensation and Organizational Development Committee since April 28, 2016. Terje Solheim is General Manager of Company’s Harstad office. He has been with the Company since 2013 and has held several positions. Solheim has background from the Norwegian Armed Forces, and was one of the founders of Norwegian Petro Services (NPS). He came to Det norske from Det Norske Veritas (DNV).

Kate Thomson

Ms. Kate Thomson has been Director of AKER BP ASA since September 30, 2016. She has been Member of the Audit and Risk Committee since October 4, 2016. Kate Thomson is Group Treasurer for the BP Group, having previously held the position of Group Head of Tax. In her current role, Kate has responsibility for the central financing of the BP Group, providing liquidity to its businesses and optimizing value through the management of financial risks at the group level. Since joining BP in 2004, Kate has held a variety of roles within the Tax function, giving her a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry. As Group Head of Tax, Kate led a global team of tax professionals, developing BP’s response to an increasingly challenging fiscal and regulatory environment. Prior to joining BP, Kate qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte. She moved into international tax with Charter plc where she became Head of Tax in 1998, before joining EY in 2001 in M&A tax. Kate is also a director of several BP Group companies.

Trond Brandsrud

Mr. Trond Brandsrud has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA) since March 11, 2016. He is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee since April 28, 2016. He is CFO in Lindorff, and holds a master's degree from Norwegian School of Economics. Until 2015, Mr. Brandsrud was CFO of Aker ASA, he has been CFO in Seadrill, and he has held several leading financial positions in Shell, both in Norway and globally. Mr. Brandsrud has experience as director of several private held and listed companies.

Gro Kielland

Ms. Gro Kielland has been Independent Director of AKER BP ASA (previously Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA) since March 20, 2014. She is Member of the Compensation and Organizational Development Committee. She has a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). She has had a number of senior positions in the oil and gas industry both in Norway and abroad, among others as Chief Executive Officer of BP Norway. Her professional experience includes work related to both operations and development of fields, as well as responsibility for the HSE discipline for operators. Ms. Kielland currently serves as an Operational Partner with HitecVision. In addition to her duties and responsibilities at the non-executive level for HitecVision, she also serves as a non-executive Chairman and Director for several other companies.
