Name Description

Daniel Hofer

Dr. Daniel Hofer has been Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of APG SGA SA since May 22, 2014. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Board of Directors and Member of the Executive Board at the Company from 2010 to 2014. He holds Master of Business Administration (University of Rochester, New York/USA) and Doctorate of Business Administration (University of South Australia, Adelaide/AUS). He has been Member of the Group Executive Board of the JCDecaux Group and Chief Executive Officer of the Germany, Austria, Central and Eastern Europe region and Central Asia with subsidiaries in 14 countries. From 2006 to 2010 he was Member of the Management Board of the NZZ Media Group and Publishing Director of NZZ AG. Between 2002 and 2005 he served as Chief Executive Officer of the International Division and Member of the Executive Committee at PubliGroupe SA. Prior to this, many years of management experience in media marketing in Switzerland. He has acted as Chairman, Vice Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors for various companies and holdings of the JCDecaux Group. He has also been President of AWS Outdoor Advertising Switzerland. From 2008 to 2012 he was President of the International Advertising Association (IAA), Swiss Chapter. From 2011 to 2014 he served as Vice President of FEPE International, a worldwide industry association. He is also former Member of the Board of KS/CS Communication Switzerland.

Markus Ehrle

Mr. Markus Ehrle has been Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Board of APG SGA SA since June 1, 2014. Prior to that, he was Member of the Executive Board, responsible for Marketing & Business Development at the Company from April 1, 2011 to May 31, 2014. He had a long career at PubliGroupe SA, including positions as Account Director, Marketing Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Publimedia AG; he was also a member of the boards of various subsidiaries (including web-based companies). From 2006 to 2011 he worked for the NZZ Media Group, where he was in charge of the Advertising Market & Business Development department. He has Swiss federal degrees in communication management and marketing management, and is a member of the Executive Board of AWS Outdoor Advertising Switzerland and of IAA International Advertising Association, Swiss Chapter, and a member of the Communications Council of KS/CS Communication Switzerland.

Robert Schmidli

Mr. Robert Schmidli has been Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of APG SGA SA since 2015. Prior to that, he was Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors at the Company from May 26, 2011. He is Member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee at the Company. He is a Swiss-certified business economist with further education in sales, marketing, management and corporate leadership. He is an experienced expert in the Swiss media and advertising market. He has senior management experience from working at Xerox, Bertelsmann, and PubliGroupe SA. He has been Member of the Family Advisory Board of the Oschmann Group (Mueller Medien, Nuremberg), and Member of the Board of Directors of Aerzteverlag medinfo AG, Erlenbach.

Beat Hermann

Mr. Beat Hermann has been Chief Financial Officer and International Markets and Member of the Executive Board of APG SGA SA since September 1, 2014. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Board at the Company from April 1, 2012. He began his career as an internal auditor and later controller with the Volcafe/ED&F Man Group in Switzerland and in Latin America. From 2000, he was Director of Finance & Administration with Sony Music Entertainment in Switzerland. Within the Lindt & Sprüngli Group, he first worked as a senior corporate controller, and from 2006 to 2011 served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Ghirardelli Chocolate Company (Lindt & Sprüngli Group) in San Francisco (USA). He holds a degree in business administration from Universitaet Zuerich.

Marcel Seiler

Mr. Marcel Seiler has been Member of the Executive Board and Head of Human Resources at APG SGA SA since July 1, 2011. He graduated in business economics from the Zuercher Fachhochschule before taking a postgraduate master’s degree in personnel management, as well as completing the VSKP (Swiss course for HRM executives) and an international executive program at the School of Economics INSEAD (Fontainebleau/ Singapore). He previously worked in a variety of management functions in the human resources field, including eight years with the Migros Group, nine with ABB and most recently a spell with SIX Group.

Christian Gotter

Mr. Christian Gotter has been Member of the Executive Board and Head of Logistics at APG SGA SA since March 1, 2012. His previous roles enabled him to acquire specialist knowledge of logistics, supply chain management and distribution. His former employers include ABB Turbo Systems, ABX Logistics, Central Station, and Planzer Transport. From 2009 he worked at Tobler Haustechnik where, as Head of Logistics and Transport, he had managerial responsibility for 200 members of staff. He has commercial training, is a qualified forwarding agent, has completed the Certificate of Advanced Studies SME management course at the Universitaet St. Gallen, and has gained a Diploma in Advanced Management awarded jointly by Swiss Programs in Management (SKU) and the Executive School of Universitaet St. Gallen.

Beat Holenstein

Mr. Beat Holenstein has been Member of the Executive Board, Head of Partner & Product Management at APG SGA SA since 2011. Prior to that, he was responsible for APG Marketing/Procurement at the Company from January 1, 2009. Prior to this position, he was responsible for APG Key Account Management in the Company. He has been also Deputy General Manager of APG since January 1, 2009. He completed a commercial apprenticeship with Legrand Schweiz AG. From 1987 to 1996, he has worked for Zuercher Kantonalbank in the marketing and organization divisions. In 1996, he joined APG as Head of the Dietikon branch. In 1997, he was appointed as Implementation Manager of the Zuerich branch, where he assumed overall responsibility in 2001. Additionally, he was Head of Key Account Management (KAM) till January 1, 2009. In several in-service courses, he earned Swiss Federal Diplomas as Organizer, in 1996, Marketing Planner, in 1999, and as Sales Manager in 2001. He is a member of the Board of AWS Outdoor Advertising Switzerland and holds Swiss federal diplomas in organization, marketing planning, and sales management.

Daniel Strobel

Mr. Daniel Strobel has been Member of the Executive Board and Head of Advertising Market at APG SGA SA since March 1, 2011. He came to APG|SGA from the NZZ Media Group, where he was responsible for the Magazines & Specials department. He enjoyed a long career with PubliGroupe SA, where he held a variety of senior management positions. From 2002 to 2008 he was Chief Executive Officer of Publimedia AG, which at the time was the national key account company of Publicitas with more than 100 employees. He holds Swiss federal diplomas in media management and communication management.

Xavier Le Clef

Mr. Xavier Le Clef has been Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of APG SGA SA since May 20, 2015. He holds Master in Business Economics from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and Master of Business Administration from the Vlerik Business School in Belgium. He started his career with Arthur D. Little (2000–2006) as a Project Manager in Belgium, France, and Germany. He joined Compagnie Nationale a Portefeuille (CNP), Loverval, Belgium, as an Investment Manager in 2006. Elected to the Board of Directors of CNP and became CFO of Groupe Frere-Bourgeois in 2011. He was appointed Managing Director of CNP in 2015. He has been Chairman or Member of the Board of Directors of various listed and non-listed Groupe Frere-Bourgeois companies.

Stephane Prigent

Mr. Stephane Prigent has been Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of APG SGA SA since May 20, 2015. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee at the Company. He graduated from Ecole des hautes etudes commerciales (HEC) in Paris (France). He joined JCDecaux SA, Paris (France) in 1994 as Controlling Director France. He was Corporate Financial Controller from 2002, and has been Corporate Finance Director since 2011. He has also served as President of JCDecaux Europe Holding, JCDecaux Asia Holding, JCDecaux America Holding, and JCDecaux Africa Holding. He has 25 years of experience in international corporate controlling, including six years at Xerox France and five years at SC Johnson, Saint-Ouen-l'Aumone (France), latterly as professional financial controller for various countries, and 20 years at the JCDecaux Group.

Mr. Markus Scheidegger has been Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of APG SGA SA since 2000. He is Member of the Remuneration Committee at the Company. He is an Attorney-at-Law.
