Name Description

Charles Beauduin

Mr. Charles Beauduin has served as Non-Executive Chairman of Barco N.V. since January 1, 2015. He has been CEO and owner of Michel Van de Wiele NV since 1993. Van de Wiele is an international technology player and leader in solutions for the textile industry. Mr. Beauduin holds several positions in trade associations and employer organizations. He holds a Master in Law from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Beauduin has a broad international management experience with professional experiences in Asia and the United States. He has served as Chairman of the Company's Strategic & Technology Committee since July 20, 2015.

Jan De Witte

Mr. Jan De Witte has been Chief Executive Officer of BARCO N.V. since September 12, 2016. Prior to joining Barco, he was an Officer of the General Electric Cy. (GE), and Chief Executive Officer for the Software and Solutions business in the Healthcare Division. During his 16 year tenure with GE he worked in global management roles in manufacturing supply chain, Quality/Lean Six Sigma, services and software solutions and lived in Chicago, Milwaukee and Paris. Prior to GE, he held operational management positions in supply chain and manufacturing at Procter & Gamble in Europe. He also served as Senior Consultant with McKinsey & Company serving clients in airline, process and high tech industries across Europe. He holds a Master’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from the KU Leuven, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Ann Desender

Ms. Ann Desender has been Senior VP - Chief Financial Officer at BARCO N.V. since 2016. She joined Barco in 2008 and has been leading Barco’s global finance team since 2010. Prior to joining Barco she held management positions as Corporate Director of Finance & Reporting at Unilin and was a Senior Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economic Sciences from the University of Ghent and completed an Advanced Management Program at IESE Barcelona.

An Dewaele

Ms. An Dewaele has been Senior VP - Chief Human Resource Officer at BARCO N.V. since 2017. Prior to joining Barco NV in 2017, she worked for 5 years as an HR consultant with De Witte & Morel, followed by 20 years in the Volvo Group where she held several senior HR positions, both local and global on operational and strategic level. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Ghent. She is also graduate of Vlerick’s Business School Compensation and Benefits Management Program.

Wim Buyens

Mr. Wim Buyens serves as Senior VP - General Manager Entertainment of Barco N.V. He started at Barco in November 2007 as Vice President Digital Cinema within the Media & Entertainment Division. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Buyens worked at Bruel & Kjaer in Denmark, where he held several management positions as Marketing Director, European Sales Director and Division Director Aerospace and Defense. Mr. Buyens holds a degree in Engineering and obtained executive management experience at Stanford University and IMD in Lausanne.

Filip Pintelon

Mr. Filip Pintelon serves as Senior VP – General Manager Healthcare of Barco N.V. He joined the Company as President of the Avionics & Simulation Division in December 2008. Prior to joining the Company, he was Corporate Vice President of the Testing Systems Division at LMS, Belgium. Before his time with LMS, he held several management positions at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and The Boston Consulting Group, with assignments across Europe and the United States. He obtained a Masters of Business Administration from Vlerick Management School, following his graduation in 1986 as a Master in Mathematics/Informatics from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium.

George Stromeyer

Mr. George Stromeyer has been Senior VP - General Manager Enterprise at BARCO N.V. since 2016. He began his career with Raychem Corporation in 1988. Since then, he assumed increasing roles of responsibility for global commercialization with Scientific Atlanta, Inc., Cisco Inc and Harmonic Inc. He joined Barco in February of 2016 to lead the Enterprise Division which integrates seven worldwide Sites. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Piet Candeel

Mr. Piet Candeel is Senior VP - EMEA of Barco N.V. Prior to his present position, he was the General Manager of the Healthcare division for over 10 years. Preceding that assignment he held several positions in marketing, sales and general management in a variety of business units in Barco. Mr. Candeel holds an Officer Degree in Nautical Electronics. He is post graduate in Marketing from Europese Hogeschool Brussel (EHSAL) and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Antwerp (Universiteit Antwerpen).

Ney Corsino

Mr. Ney Corsino is Senior VP – Americas of Barco N.V. Prior to this, he managed the International Sales and Sales Operations of Barco. Before joining Barco, he held several management positions at Philips, through various industry segments, in foreign assignments around the globe. Mr Corsino holds a university degree in Electronic Engineering with post-graduate studies in Economics. He further extended his executive education at Insead and Kellogg School of Management.

Xavier Bourgois

Mr. Xavier Bourgois has been VP - Information Technologies at BARCO N.V. since 2015. Starting his career at General Electric and continuing at The Stanley Works, International Paper and bpost, he held increasing leadership positions in Operations, Supply Chain, IT and Business Transformation. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Mechanical Engineering from the KU Leuven.

Johan Heyman

Mr. Johan Heyman is VP - Operations & Logistics of Barco N.V. He manages the Manufacturing sites worldwide as well as the Logistics teams and the global Procurement team. He joined the company in 2008. Before joining Barco, he held several management positions in the semiconductor industry at Alcatel Microelectronics, AMI Semiconductor and ON Semiconductor. Mr. Heyman holds a Masters degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Ghent as well as a postgraduate degree in Industrial Management from the same university.

Mr. Kurt Verheggen is General Counsel and Company Secretary of Barco N.V. He started his career with the law firm Linklaters. After that, he worked as Legal Counsel for CMB, GDF Suez and General Electric. Mr. Verheggen holds a law degree from the Katholiek Universiteit Leuven, a Master of Laws from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, and a Master degree in Real Estate from the Antwerp Management School of Universiteit Antwerpen.

Eric Van Zele

Mr. Eric Van Zele has been Director at BARCO N.V. since September 12, 2016. He served as President, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Barco N.V. from January 19, 2009. He is Chairman of the Board of Reynaers Aluminium nv and Chairman of the Hermes Fund of the Flemish Government. Previously, he held management positions at the Indian Avantha Group, Pauwels International, Telindus nv and Raychem Corporation. Mr. Van Zele holds a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (1972) and post-graduate degrees in Management from Stanford University (1992). Jan Oosterveld

Mr. Jan Pieter Oosterveld has served as Non-Executive Director (Representative of Oosterveld Nederland B.V.) of Barco N.V. since 2004. Until his retirement in 2004, he was Member of the Group Management Committee of Royal Philips Electronics, in charge of corporate strategy, corporate alliances, corporate redesign and restructuring, Chief Executive Officer of Philips Asia and Chairman of the Board of Directors of LG.Philips LCD. He has been professor at IESE and owns a consultancy company, and holds several board positions. He has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Crucell NV and Member of the Board of Directors of Candover Plc., and of Cookson Plc. He holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University Eindhoven, the Netherlands and an MBA from the IESE Business School, Barcelona. Mr. Oosterveld is Member of the Company's Audit Committee.

Christina von Wackerbarth

Ms. Christina von Wackerbarth serves as Non-Executive Director (Representative of Kanku BVBA) of Barco N.V. She has held several top positions at VNU Belgium, VNU Magazines International, Sanoma WSOY and the Flemish public broadcaster VRT. Currently, she is active as international Consultant and Executive Coach at INSEAD Leadership Development center and in private practice for global firms in many industries. She has served on various boards, among other telecom operator Mobistar in Belgium and Tamedia in Switzerland. She holds a degree in linguistics, a diploma AMP at INSEAD (France), a certificate in Financial Management at UAMS (Belgium), a Master of Science in Consulting and Clinical Coaching at HEC (France) and the same diploma at INSEAD (France). She has been Chairman of the Company's Remuneration and Nomination Committee since April 26, 2012.

Antoon De Proft

Mr. Antoon De Proft has been Non-Executive Independent Director (Representative of ADP Vision BVBA) of Barco N.V. since December 12, 2011. He previously worked for ICOS Vision Systems, active in image processing and semiconductor inspection equipment with his tenure as President & CEO of ICOS Vision Systems Corporation. Mr. De Proft founded his own consultancy company, ADP Vision, providing management consultancy for mostly technology oriented SME's. He currently serves on several boards of directors, including Chairman of IMEC. Mr. De Proft graduated with a Master degree in Electrical Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Medical Engineering in 1982. He is Member of the Remuneration & Nomination Committee of the Company.

Frank Donck

Mr. Frank Donck has served as Non-Executive Independent Director of Barco N.V. since April 30, 2015. Mr. Donck has been the managing director of investment holding 3D NV since 1998, investing in a mix of long-term public equity, private equity and real estate. He also serves as chairman of Atenor Group NV and Telecolumbus AG, as non-executive director in KBC Group NV and as independent director of Elia System Operator NV. He holds a Master of Law Degree of the University of Ghent and he obtained a Master degree in Finance of the Vlerick Business School. He started his career as investment manager for Investco NV and was a board member in several listed and privately owned companies. Mr. Donck was i.a. chairman of Telenet Group Holding NV. He is also vice-chairman of the Vlerick Business School and is a member of Belgium’s Corporate Governance Commission.

Bruno Holthof

Mr. Bruno Holthof has served as Non-Executive Independent Director (Representative of Praksis BVBA) of Barco N.V. since April 24, 2008. Mr. Holthof is Chief Executive Officer of Oxford University Hospitals (OUH). Before OUH, he was Chief Executive Officer of the Antwerp Hospital Network (ZNA). Before becoming a Chief Executive Officer, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company. During this period, he served a wide range of healthcare clients in Europe and the United States and gained experience in the areas of strategy, organization and operations. He is also a Board member of bpost, Belgium’s postal service. Mr. Holthof holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and an MD/PhD from the K.U. Leuven. He is Member of the Audit Committee at the Company.

Ashok Jain

Mr. Ashok K. Jain serves as Non-Executive Independent Director (Representative of Adisys Corporation) of Barco N.V. He has experience of more than 30 years in the semiconductor, networked visualization and network security industry. In his career Mr. Jain founded several technology start-ups. He was Founder and Chairman of the board of IP Video Systems, which was acquired by Barco N.V. in February 2012. He currently is a General Partner at Co=Creation=Capital LLC. He holds a Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, India.

Hilde Laga

Mrs. Hilde Laga has been Non-Executive Independent Director of Barco N.V. since April 24, 2014. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from the Leuven University (1991) and lectures corporate law at the University of Leuven. She is one of the founding partners of the law firm Laga which she led as managing partner and head of the corporate M&A practice until 2013. She joined the Board of Directors of Barco NV and NV Greenyard Foods in 2014. In 2015 she joined the Board of Directors of Agfa-Gevaert NV and of Gimv NV. In 2016 she became President of Gimv NV. She’s a member of the Belgian Corporate Governance Committee and served as a member of the supervisory board of the F.S.M.A. (former C.B.F.A) until 2014.

Luc Missorten

Mr. Luc Missorten has served as Non-Executive Independent Director of Barco N.V. since September 1, 2008. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ontex and member of the board of Gimv NV, Recticel, Scandinavian Tobacco Group A/S and Corelio. He served on the boards of LMS, Vandemoortele and Bank Degroof. Throughout his professional career and until the end of 2014, Mr. Missorten exercised executive roles at various companies, such as Corelio (CEO), UCB (CFO) and ABInbev (CFO). He holds a Law Degree from the K.U.Leuven, a Master of Laws from the University of California–Berkeley and a Certificate of Advanced European Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges. He has been Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee since April 29, 2010. He is also Member of the Company's Remuneration & Nomination committee.
