Name Description

James van Bergh

Mr. James van Bergh has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Benefit Systems SA since June 11, 2013. He is Member of the Audit Committee at the Company. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of the Management Board of the Company from November 3, 2010. Between 1981 and 1990, he served as Consultant in Boston and London. He served as Director in Task Force on Company Assistance. He continued his career at Company Assistance as its General Director for further four years. From 1995 until 1997, he served as Director in Trinity Management, Pekao SA joint venture, BZW Barclays Bank and Company Assistance Ltd. In 1997 he was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of Trinity Management, where he served for two years. Between 200 and 2003, he served as Chairman of E-Katalyst SA fund. He has served as Member of the Management Board of CAL Company Assistance Sp. z o.o. and Chairman of the Management Board of FitSport Polska Sp. z o.o. (formerly eAkces Sp. z o.o.). Additionally, he has served as Director of Benefit Invest Ltd (formerly Company Assistance Ltd). He graduated from Harvard Business School.

Marcin Marczuk

Mr. Marcin Pawel Marczuk has been Independent Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Benefit Systems SA since November 15, 2017. He was Member of the Supervisory Board at the Company from June 11, 2013. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee at the Company. Grzegorz Haftarczyk

Mr. Grzegorz Haftarczyk has been Member of the Management Board of Benefit Systems SA since August 10, 2017. He is supporting development of the Czech, Slovak and Bulgarian markets. He is also responsible for the development of the fitness proposition for the Polish market. He joined Benefit Systems in September 2014. As President of the Management Board at Benefit Systems International sp. z o.o. he was responsible for developing the company on global markets. He introduced the company in Slovakia and Bulgaria and he strengthened the company’s presence on the Czech market. At that time the number of MultiSport cards sold abroad increased from 14,000 to nearly 100,000. For nine years prior to joining the Benefit Systems Group he held the position of Vice President of the Management Board at Polskapresse sp. z o.o., a company with over a dozen local newspapers, a number of websites and printing houses. Before that he had been General Manager of the company’s branch in Krakow. He had also worked in its branch in Gdansk. In 2002-2004 he was President of the Management Board at Parkiet Media S.A. In 1996 he graduated with Masters degree from the Faculty of Management at Uniwersytet Gdanski and in 2013 he completed the Executive Doctoral Business Administration programme at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Arkadiusz Hanszke

Mr. Arkadiusz Hanszke has been Member of the Management Board at Benefit Systems SA since November 9, 2016. He is responsible for IT, project management and administration. He started working at Benefit Systems S.A. in October 2015 as IT Director. He began his professional career in 1999 at FM Logistic where he was responsible for IT in Central Europe. He also executed projects in IT and logistics for companies from the FMCG, retail and new technologies sector. In 2005-2008, as IT Director at Wydawnictwo Naukowe PWN S.A., he was responsible for the IT strategy as well as the development and maintenance of ERP and WMS systems. In 2009-2015 he was a CIO at the ACTION Group where he was responsible for the IT strategy and executed projects in the area of information systems, infrastructure and automated high-bay warehouses. He has graduated from the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kosciuszki. He has also completed the Strategic Leadership Academy run by the ICAN Institute and a series of development programmes organised by IMD (Switzerland).

Adam Radzki

Mr. Adam Radzki has been Member of the Management Board of Benefit Systems SA since August 10, 2017. He is responsible for market analyses, special projects within the Benefit Systems Group, human resources management and communication. He has been connected with Benefit Systems S.A. almost from the very beginning of his professional career. He started in 2007 as a Junior Market Researcher. After only a year he joined the Benefit Systems Group as an analyst. Between 2010 and 2015 he held the position of Analysis Manager, followed by Vice Analysis Director and Development Director. He has graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Szkola Glowna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego. He has also completed postgraduate studies in business intelligence at Szkola Glowna Handlowa w Warszawie and an MBA programme. He attended the Strategic Leadership Academy run by the ICAN Institute. He is also a graduate of development programmes organized by IMD (Switzerland).

Emilia Rogalewicz

Ms. Emilia Rogalewicz has been Member of the Management Board of Benefit Systems SA since August 10, 2017. She is responsible for the MultiSport sales strategy and partner network development. Before joining Benefit Systems in 2007, she had spent two years working in an insurance company. From the beginning of her career at Benefit Systems she has participated in building a partner network and selling the MultiSport card. Since 2009 she occupied managerial positions and was responsible, among others, for coordinating the sales team and creating the sales structure across Poland. Since 2013, as Head of Sales Department, she has been responsible for the Benefit Systems’ sales strategy and achieving sales targets. Since 2016, after the merger of customer service and sales departments, she has been managing a team of over 200 people. She has graduated from the Faculty of Management at Politechnika Czestochowska. She has also completed postgraduate studies in sales team management and business psychology for managers at Akademia Leona Kozminskiego. She is also a graduate of the Matrik Trainers School, the School of Negotiation and the Strategic Leadership Academy at the ICAN Institute as well as development programmes organized by INSEAD (France) and IMD (Swizterland).

Wojciech Szwarc

Mr. Wojciech Szwarc has been Member of the Management Board of Benefit Systems SA since July 23, 2018. He started working at Benefit Systems in 2014. He has recently been Director of Partner Relations Division. He has almost 20 years of experience in management of teams and partner relations. He graduated from Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego Jozefa Pilsudskiego, Warszawa. He also completed managerial program at Strategic Leadership Academy and Business Management Executive Program at ICAN Institute as well as programs at NSEAD (France) and IMD (Switzerland).

Izabela Walczewska-Schneyder

Ms. Izabela Walczewska-Schneyder has been Member of the Management Board of Benefit Systems SA since May 13, 2013. She is responsible for the strategic financial and investment matters, investor relations and the legal area. She has gained her experience in financial management, accounting and financial audit in media companies offering FMCG products. She started her professional career in 1993 at the Coopers & Lybrand Sp. z o.o. consulting firm. She then worked at Kraft Foods Poland Sp. z o.o., Starcom Media House and K2 Internet S.A. She also held the position of Financial Director at SDI Media dealing with dubbing, post-production and media. During this time, as a member of the Board of Directors, she was responsible for the financial management on 14 European markets. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at Uniwersytet Lodzki where she studied marketing and completed the Oxford Brookes University’s MBA programme. In 1991-1992 she studied at the University of Kent in Great Britain. She has an ACCA certificate awarded by the global organisation of finance and accounting professionals.

Artur Osuchowski

Mr. Artur Janusz Osuchowski has been Independent Member of the Supervisory Board at Benefit Systems SA since June 11, 2013. He is Member of the Audit Committee at the Company. He has also been Member of the Management Board of Ciech SA since April 2, 2008. During his professional career, he was the Senior Consultant in the Department of Corporate Finance with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Senior Consultant in the Department of Corporate Finance with Ernst & Young, Analyst in the department of management accounting with Raiffeisen Bank Polska. Mr Mr. Artur Osuchowski graduated from Faculty of Economics of Prywatna Wyzsza Szkola Biznesu i Administracji w Warszawie in Finance and Banking.

Michael Rohde Pedersen

Mr. Michael Rohde Pedersen has been Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of Benefit Systems SA since June 12, 2018. He has been Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer at Orzel Bialy Spolka Akcyjna since 2013. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Broedrene Hartmann A/S, until July 1, 2013. He has worked in the paper industry and management in the operations of international businesses engaged in the processing industry. He is former General Manager of Georgia-Pacific, a United States company with activities within building products and paper, and General Manager of SCA Hygiejne Products' Polish operations, and other positions. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from SDA BOCCONI University and a Bachelors degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.

Michael Sanderson

Mr. Michael Sanderson has served as Member of the Supervisory Board of Benefit Systems SA since November 3, 2010. He graduated from the Wharton School in Philadelphia and gained Masters degree in Management. He started his professional career at Bain Co. consulting firm in London. He served as is a director at Benefit Invest Ltd (formerly Company Assistance Ltd, Dublin). In 1995-1999 he held the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board of Trinity Management. In the last five five years he was a Member of the Supervisory Board e-Katalyst S.A. (2001-2009) and Pekao Uslugi Korporacyjne S.A. (2004-2005). He is also a Member of the Management Board of Mindfulness Academy Sp. z o.o., Warsaw. Since 2011, he is also a personal development coach (Mindfulness).
