Name Description

James Van Bergh

Mr. James Van Bergh has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Benefit Systems SA since June 11, 2013. He is Member of the Audit Committee at the Company. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of the Management Board of the Company from November 3, 2010. Between 1981 and 1990, he served as Consultant in Boston and London. He served as Director in Task Force on Company Assistance. He continued his career at Company Assistance as its General Director for further four years. From 1995 until 1997, he served as Director in Trinity Management, Pekao SA joint venture, BZW Barclays Bank and Company Assistance Ltd. In 1997 he was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of Trinity Management, where he served for two years. Between 200 and 2003, he served as Chairman of E-Katalyst SA fund. He has served as Member of the Management Board of CAL Company Assistance Sp. z o.o. and Chairman of the Management Board of FitSport Polska Sp. z o.o. (formerly eAkces Sp. z o.o.). Additionally, he has served as Director of Benefit Invest Ltd (formerly Company Assistance Ltd). He graduated from Harvard Business School.

Marcin Marczuk

Mr. Marcin Pawel Marczuk has been Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Benefit Systems SA since November 15, 2017. He was Member of the Supervisory Board at the Company from June 11, 2013. Arkadiusz Hanszke

Mr. Arkadiusz Hanszke has been Member of the Management Board at Benefit Systems SA since November 9, 2016. He started his career at FM Logistic in 1999. Between 2005 and 2008 he served as IT Director at Wydawnictwo Naukowe PWN SA. From 2009 until 2015 he held the position of Chief Information Officer at Grupa ACTION. He graduated from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kosciuszki.

Adam Kedzierski

Mr. Adam Kedzierski has served as Member of the Management Board of Benefit Systems SA since March 1, 2013. He has also been Member of the Supervisory Board of MyBenefit Sp. z o.o. Prior to this, he was Director of Sales of the Company. He started his professional career in ALPHA PRO Sp. z o.o. He also served in Instytut Laudator Sp. z o.o. From 2007 to 2009, he worked for Warsaw Study Centre Sp. z o.o. as Director of Sales and Managing Director. He is a graduate of Uniwersytet Warszawski (International Relations) and MBA program at (jointly) Szkola Glowna Handlowa and University of Minnesota. He holds a diploma from postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management, Audit, Financial Control and Accountancy. He completed trainings at Szkola Trenerow Matrik and Szkola Negocjacji.

Izabela Walczewska-Schneyder

Ms. Izabela Walczewska-Schneyder has been Member of the Management Board of Benefit Systems SA since May 13, 2013. She began her career in 1993 with Coopers & Lybrand Sp. z o.o. Subsequently, she worked at Kraft Foods Polska Sp. z o.o., Starcom and K2 Internet SA. Prior to joining the Company, she served as Finance Director at SDI Media. She graduated with MBA from Oxford Brookes University and from Uniwersytet Lodzki. She holds ACCA certificate.

Zofia Dzik

Ms. Zofia Dzik has been Member of the Supervisory Board at Benefit Systems SA since November 16, 2017. From 1995 to 2003 she served at Arthur Andersen and Andersen Business Consulting. She has been connected with Intouch Insurance group (currently RSA) since 2003, where from 2004 to 2007, she acted as Chairman of the Management Board of TU Link4 SA, and from 2007 to 2009, she was Member of the Management Board of Intouch Insurance B.V. in Netherlands, as well as Chief Executive Officer for Central Europe and East of Intouch Insurance group. Under this post she was responsible for the development of new markets and she served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TU Link4 SA and Direct Insurance Shared Services Center in Poland, Intouch Strachowanie in Russia, Direct Pojistovna in the Czech Republic, as well as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TU na Zycie Link4 Life SA. From 2006 to 2008, she was Member of the Management Board of Polska Izba Ubezpieczen and from 2007 to 2010, she acted as Member of the Supervisory Board of Ubezpieczeniowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny. She was Member of the Supervisory Board of KOPEX S.A., Polish Energy Partners S.A., PKOBP S.A. and InPost, among others. Since 2010 she has been Chairman of the Management Board of Humanites. Ms. Dzik graduated in Foreign Trade from Akademia Ekonomiczna w Krakowie (currently Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie) in 1995, University of Illinois in Chicago in 1992, and from Szkola Wyzsza Psychologii Spolecznej - SWPS. She is also a graduate of Executive Programs at INSEAD Business School and she obtained an MBA from Manchester Business School in 2005. She is also a certified member of Association for Project Management (APMP).

Mr. Artur Janusz Osuchowski has been Member of the Supervisory Board at Benefit Systems SA since June 11, 2013. He is Member of the Audit Committee at the Company. He has also been Member of the Management Board of Ciech SA since April 2, 2008.During his professional career, he was the Senior Consultant in the Department of Corporate Finance with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Senior Consultant in the Department of Corporate Finance with Ernst & Young, Analyst in the department of management accounting with Raiffeisen Bank Polska.
